I love how in the intro ad, Atlas is worried about Zeus judging his browser history. I'm not sure you gotta worry that much.
When Brave came out when I used to watch this movie religiously, which makes kind of sense once my family learned my mom (adopted) was mostly Scottish. I even have a customized ring inspired by it.
I saw this movie once in theatres and I remember the animation being so much more impressive. Maybe that's just because of all the stories about how they created a new software to do the hair.
@@n0body550 ... Am I? She saw it once on the big screen, was impressed with the animation, and now that she's watched this, presumably on a phone or tablet screen, it's not as impressive, right?
The Maudie simping was amazing. Also, I'd love to see y'all do a reaction to Wallace and Gromit: a Matter of Loaf and Death. I have really fond memories of that movie, and I think y'all will really enjoy it!
I watched this movie religiously when i was little, it resonated with me a lot since I had lost my mother at 7. My hair is the same colour as Merida and i also practice archery so…. but it was such a good movie for me. I had a very distant relationship with my father (who to this day reminds me of Queen Eleanor) and I needed an escape. Ill vouch for this movie until i die, I always wanted a dad like Fergus and I for one love the bear plot. Its a solid story about a mother who wants her daughter to succeed like she has and a daughter who wants to take her time, being forced to understand each other while trying to keep her mother from becoming a bear (symbolically ruining their connection and her losing her mother forever). Whilst also trying to hide from her famously Bear-hunting father. I also think if there was a sequel, Merida should have a little romance subplot with Young MacGuffin, i think they’d work really well together. Or a sequel about the love story between Eleanor and Fergus would be really cute. Mor’du was also a really good allegory for a man who wanted nothing more than to be accepted as a strong ruler by his father, and let himself be consumed jealousy. Anyways, this was way too long for a video about drunk guys watching a movie about a ginger and her bear mom. But i would 100% recommend Cinema Therapy’s video on the movie, it really explains the emotional aspects of the movie really well.
It’s about a mother daughter relationship and then learning to understand each other. She’s turned into a bear cuz it forces the Queen and Princess to stop doing their respective job/education and actually spend time together.
Could you imagine them reacting to Kronk's New Groove? i know at least a single scene that would blow their mind. I don't know how Razzle does it, but their laughter is some of the most infectious, and even better when they are incomprehensible.
Since this proves that Pixar movies aren't off the table... We get drunk and watch Turning Red (ft. 4 Town).
