Finally, I found the comment I was looking for. Nick destroyed Skip on his opening argument. He is over scrutinized because of how great everybody knows him to be. Give this guy a decent line and a Gronk/Aaron Hernandez duo or a Moss and you have the nearly perfect Pats. This guy has had Jennings as his best WR. Depends on a decent no.2 as his no.1 guy in Nelson. His best TE was Finley and yet every year he puts top numbers.
Hes got a point about delivering in the clutch though, I would take Russell Wilson in the 4th quarter at this point over Aaron Rodgers, and I haaate the Seahawks. Dudes only in his 5th season and has what 18-19 4th quarter comebacks lol
Are you guys even listening? rodgers is good..dont get me wrong...but not as great as people make him seem...best wr jennings? i think jordy takes that role...not a tom brady fan but everything skip spewed out is facts...takes a horrible oline a sub par defense...nobody rbs and wrs(exception of edleman which is not your typical wr1) and gronk to afc championship or superbowl all the time...rodgers couldnt do that..check that..hasn't done that in a long time...sharp said that brady hasnt beaten the broncos d cuz they played away..not cuz of that...its cuz he's playing w 3rd stringers in his line...and even at that gives them a run for their money...like i said...not a tom brady fan...but give credit where credit is due...see what they do w what they have around them...what he does to defenses that scheme against him is second to none..
As much as I agree, I really hope Undisputed covers the NBA enough when the season starts. As an NBA fan it was pretty nice to watch Skip say absolutely ludicrous things, especially during the playoffs.
Okay, yes! Skip sometimes act weird regarding A.Rogers yes, weird stuff! But Cmon now, Rogers should've at least made it twice to the superbowl by now. Lets not all worship his stats and forget that if youre "The greatest QB in the history of the game" you should deliver. I'm sorry, i'll take tom brady with his very slow legs. not so powerful pass power, avg long pass completion % over Rogers anyday of the week. Brady, is championship dude! You expect him to reach the superbowl every year.. knowing that he only had 1 JUST 1 SUPERSTAR WR and that was MOSS. Sorry, Brady is the GOAT! The dude was 38/39 last year and he was second to cam voted by the players. Cmon now.
You see I can't stand the biased Pats fans. I'm a cowboys fan so I don't care for either team but Rodgers is the better QB. In GB their playbook is basically let Rodgers extend the play and find someone. Their receivers aside Jordy cannot separate from any type of coverage. GB is literally in playoff contention every year because of Rodgers. Brady on the other hand has always had a good team all around. He has the best coach in history who isn't one dimensional. He'll look at Grap looking like a star right now until his injury. That's the perfect system for any QB. The pats have been great for years now and isn't simply because tom Brady. Even Matt cassel didn't have a losing record when Brady went down. Not to mention he has the most dominant offensive figure in the league. Hell if Rodgers had anybody like Gronk he'd probably have 40+ each year no question. I'm not going to say Brady is bad because he isn't, but saying he's better than Rodgers simply because he's had the luxury of always having a good team is stupid. Like Nick said this is not about resume but about QB play and nobody plays it like Rodgers. I just wish people weren't so biased simply because the rings talk. That's a team accomplishment. You don't hear ppl saying Eli is better than Brady because the Giants beat the Pats twice. So please stop with the non sense. We are seeing the Greatest overall QB play right now, let's appreciate his game while we can. None the less if the pack could actually get Rodgers some better playcalling & get some help on defense I'd automatically pick them for the SB. Until that happens I'll stick to Car. Switch Brady & Rodgers and I guarantee Rodgers would've hit 16-0 by now. Would've won multiple rings, more than 4. Unfortunately silly fans all care about rings but don't see the whole story.
one man show my ass, dude has eddie lacy and james starks to dump it off to, two top 10 wr's in cobb and nelson and a huge TE to throw to: Richard Rodgers, don't give me that one man show bullshit
+Utz Cobb isn't a top 10 wr wtf 😂 neither is Nelson coming off a torn ACL. Richard Rodgers is a below average TE. James Starks isn't anything special and Lacy's fat ass hasn't had a good season in 2 years.
Utz do you even watch packers games? Richard Rodgers is a marginal talent, he can't break any tackles, get separation, or make anybody miss; he has no speed, he's a terrible a receiver. Cobb is not a top ten receiver, get out of here with that trash. James starks is an okay player, does his job well but he's nothing special. Lacy is the most overrated back in the game, if he was on the browns he'd be a bust.
with the exception of his one superbowl run hes been pretty awful in the post season, spent alot of his career dominating a weak division that now honestly looks to be vikings division, obviously a top shelf qb..but the best ever? hell no
Minnesota was not Aaron's worse game. How soon people forget about what the Broncos did to him last season when he threw for 77 yards. He has never looked worse than that. Of course, Aaron is a great player, however he still has a lot more to prove. He has gotten Jordy back this season, so there are no more excuses for any pedestrian performances.
but he never had a pedestrian season ... his worse season is better than the best of all time lmao. (Tom Brady lover,Jock sniffer underwear washer fan)
Yo when you talk about Brady be accurate he is the winningest Qb and is tied for most sb wins but if you are tryna figure out whos better you have to compare individuals stats, accolades, records, mvp, td:int, qbr, completion% ect. (NON TEAM ACCOMPLISHMENTS) C'mon its that simple
"Defense is failing him." even though the super bowl the pats played the Giants for the second time the pats had the worst defense. and they lost by like 4 points. give me a break
Nick destroyed. This is like saying who was the best QB in the 83 draft. Elway had the more titles and appearances, Kelly had the 4 straight SB appearances and when you saw the way Marino slang that ball you could see he was talent wise was the best of the bunch.
Dan Marino is the best EVER! Look what he accomplished with NO RUNNING GAME and NO DEFENSE! Again... NO RUNNING GAME and NO DEFENSE. Horrible front office.
No running game? It was because of him that they didn't have a running game, he wanted to pass every time. He was too pass happy! I can't blame him for it, though. Since he was soo good at it. Can you imagine what Dan Marino would do in this quarterback friendly era? :o
The one quarterback not talked about enough is Drew Brees. By far has had a worse defense than Aaron Roger's since the Saints super bowl win in 2009. And is still continuing to break records. and Drew Brees continues to March forward even when he has to "Peyton Manning colt days it" and throw for 350 to 450 every game (last week was bad). If Drew Brees had the Packers defense. they would be in the NFC championship game every year.
I mean does any other quarterback get their team 90 yards in 45 seconds as he did last year in the playoffs? You call that not delivering Skip? really? That drive was something you'll never see in the history of football again and certainly not a playoff game
don't forget he had an arm that needed surgery a banged up o line a terrible defense and 1 starting receiver after Janis got hurt he carried this team to a divisional with an injury a injured o line receivers not mentally ready and a bad defense but Brady is better even though the patriots don't even need him
I think he never recovered fully from being hurt last season. I think he might be breaking down. He's 32.... He's not a spring chicken here. He's middle aged in NFL world, I think he's breaking down and it's impacted his arm strength and escapability.
Montana also had Ronnie Lott , Jerry Rice and Bill Walsh Tom Brady also has Bill Belichick etc. Like you can't equate wins in football cause everyone has their roles that aren't interchangeable like in basketball .
what I hate about the whole defense just isn't doing their job thus putting too much on the qb plate thing is that it won't be used for every qb even when its damn near blatant
The defense for GB is not bad. Mike Daniels, Damarious Randall, Clay Matthews, Morgan Burnett, Haha Clinton-Dix. It gave up only 17 points, you're telling me its their fault for Rodgers/Mccarthy failures? BS
That Seahawks game he was gifted the ball numerous times and failed to deliver. And Rodgers isn't just lucky on the fumbles against the Vikings, there are two dropped interceptions on him that game too. Newman & Munnerlyn I believe.
Tom Brady is the best qb in the NFL. Aaron Rodgers is what I call a choke artist. He can give you a great reg season but when playoffs come around he is literally no where to be found. He can't beat a top defense and losing against the Vikings has proved that even more. Vikings have a top 5 d and they made Arod look really bad. 14 points??? And 7 of that was gifted via P.I. Don't you ever think Arod is better than Brady, its not even close.
I mean, Rodgers resume sure as hell appears more impressive than Peytons and I don't really even think that Rodgers is a choker, but eventually people will add that tag to them (Packers), because they are always underperforming. Atleast the Peyton teams shit on everyone during reg season, Packers cant do that during reg or playoffs. It's really bad to be fair.
Any qb that plays for the Patriots will have incredible stats and look like the greatest of all time. Look at Garoppolo and I'm willing to bet that Brissett gets a W this weekend too. Any run-of-the-mill qb can look like a hof'er in that system. Saying Brady is a better qb is just disrespecting the game. He's had a more fortunate career(better pieces around him) but it took him 10 years to win a super bowl since he won it back in 04 so besides that early start with those immaculate defenses and 3 point wins, Brady would only have one ring.
give arod bradys' situation and hes the goat hands down. arods only good team around him was from 2011-2013 and he showed what he can do with a good team.
Nobody ever brings that up, but it's a valid point. And pats fans can't say the injury doesn't matter; we saw an injured Brady play a terrible game against the chargers in the AFC title game, and a mediocre one in the super bowl.
it's kinda hard to win games if your defense always loses the playoff games for Rodgers. like the seahawks game and the cardinals game and others like seriously people.
This speaks to Aaron Rodgers greatness. Man has 3TD's/1 INT, 2 TD's rushing in 2 games, and because his completion % is 57%, he's a bum....Unbelievable.....
I happen to remember in the 2012 Playoffs Aaron Rodgers was just about the only player to show up Offensively. Oh, and Skip must have forgotten when Matt Cassell balled under Bill Bellicheck when Tom Brady went down.
false. check cassell's stats. compare them to bradys. same exact weapons. Brady nearly, if not, doubled his TDs. Btw Brady won 5 more games & went to the SB with that team. if brady is a system QB like you're assuming, Cassell's pats would've got to the SB & Cassell would've had comparable stats. Not even anywhere near Bradys level as a QB or as a team, with the same exact team
Rodgers's team fucks him over. He takes a mediocre team to the playoffs every season. You know McCarthy's playbook? Probably has "Rodgers, make magic happen". He makes his receivers open by scrambling, extending plays. No other qb in the league can make the Packers better than Rodgers makes them. Tom Brady throws to open guys, but he can't do that with receivers who can't get separation or have enough protection to make something happen. Brady also has the best coaching in the NFL, and the best head coach in history. If someone were to ask me, which QB I would take for one game all on the line, first I would ask, "would they be playing for the same team?" If yes then, Rodgers. If not then Brady. He has the better team. The Packers are a mediocre 4-12 team at best without Rodgers. The Patriots are a 11-5 team with Matt Cassel at QB!! Cassel, who is not even good enough to be a backup!
Yo wth is this guy talking about^ brett farvre is a legend but tbh rodgers is already better than that interception machine 1, Secondly Kurt warner has never played for packers stop making stuff up, Bart starr was a legend for his time but he's not even 10 top all time at his position and his numbers are laughable in today's nfl third matt hasselback is no hall of fame all time qb and he doesn't hold any packers records you are tryna make stuff up again lol just quit and btw Nick Foles threw for 7tds in a game where is he now & matt flynn threw 6 i believe and where is he now lol you try so hard to make a case without real facts to back you up
You realize Matt Flynn threw 6tds in one game the year that Arod went 15-1. They also lost to the 9-7 Giants AT LAMBO field that year. Aaron choked. In both the Seahawks game and thay Giants game
K Mula Yeah but Aaron Rodgers had the "greatest season ever" but couldnt even throw for 300 yards. At home! Tom shredded that defense. Only Toms defense got shredded also. 1 qb did their job. The other didnt
After watching this, I now firmly believe that Skip is nothing more than a professional troll. How can he call Rodgers "overrated" when his "beloved" Cowboys have been the walking definition of overrated for the past 20 years? Rodgers has played in more playoff games than Romo EVER will.
Playoff numbers are on Brady's side. If it's all about team play than its all about the teams you play. 6 of Rodgers playoff games were wildcard teams, 1 of Brady's was a wildcard during the same time. 100% correct in saying Rodgers has better numbers when Packers plays mostly wildcard teams in the playoffs.
bellicheck will go down as the greatest coach of all time. what happened when brady missed that entire season and cassel filled in? they won 11 games. Take away Aaron rodgers what happens? they might win 2
Oh cut it out win the cassel shit, cassel had a cute record but he went 11-5 and missed the plays offs, mind u he was studying under Brady for a few years before that and took control of a team that was 18-0 the previous season.
And no one was talking this GOAT coach shit till Brady came into the equation, NOT WHEN HE WAS ON THE BROWNS, NOT WITH BLEDSOE, BUT WITH BRADY, cassel did good Jimmy did good but that's after 10 years of building what he and Tom built
1 bad game? Last Sunday looked like last year when the Broncos made Rodgers look silly. Rodgers is just not that good away from Lambeau against good teams. Once he goes back home he'll throw for 350 and 4 td's and everything will be fine.
Shannon uses records to make his case between who is better between Dak and Wentz. But when Skip uses that same argument between who is better between Rodgers and Brady, Shannon shoots him down. Hey I have A-rod on my fantasy team, but in the clutch I want the guy who always seems to want it more and that's TB. Although I still think Joe Montana is the GOAT.
Did everyone seriously forget about 2014? 1-2 start? Rodgers had two "off" games? Lost to a divisional opponent on the road? And then what happened? R-E-L-A-X. Packers usually get off to slow starts, they're gonna be okay just like Shannon said.
Last year when the Patriots played the Broncos they almost beat them. If Belichek decided to kick field goals instead of going on 4th downs twice in the 4th quarter they would have won that game easily. Brady and the Patriots lost to the best defensive team in the NFL last year by 2 points. TWO POINTS!! That's with his weapons having trouble with injuries. Edelman and Gronk just came back from an injury. His best offensive linemen were out. Their best defensive player was gone which was Revis and they still almost made it back to the Superbowl. What happened when the Broncos met the supposedly best team in the NFL which was the Panthers? The team that went 15 - 1 that season. What happened? They held them to 10 points and beat them by 14 points. It wasn't even close. That Panthers team was better than what Brady had that year and he still manages to almost beat that Broncos team. The hardest competition that Broncos had in their superbowl run last year was against Brady and the Patriots. So Sharpe get out of here with your argument. Brady puts his team in the best position to win NO MATTER WHAT. Sometimes he's to blame but like everybody else, he makes mistake but for most of the time and I mean MOST he's the one that delivers. 6 superbowl appearances winning 4 of them and 10 afc championships is just crazy.
skip talks about winning...can someone PLEASE tell me when the last time tom brady or tony romo won a SUPERBOWL?...tom brady has been failing time after time after time after time after time in the playoffs for a DECADE..skip please go away..you are beyond sickening now
How can anyone that knows football look at both players resume and eye test and say Brady is better than Rogers... not taking into account coaches, players, defenses?
3 hail marys in a season, his throw on the run with pin point accuracy, athletic ability period, throwing across his body and still throw darts on the money, extending plays eluding defenders the list goes on don't act like you don't know
I'm really not a big Rodgers fan but of those 5 mentioned playoffs losses I can think of 2 games: the first one on the road against the Seahawks, where his special teams and defense messed up lately allowing a comeback. He still drove them down the field to kick a game-tying field goal against all the momentum going on in Seattle. The Hawks win the coin flip, Wilson to Balwin on 3rd and long and then to Kearse in the end zone, ball game. Rodgers didn't even get a chance. And secondly, last year against the Cardinals. He threw that hail mary with no time and under huge pressure in double coverage and still connected. Again on the road, clutch plays against a great defense. Cards win the coin toss, Fitzgerald goes for like 80 yards and then rushed it in. Game over, again the ball never touched Rodgers' hand in overtime. I really can't blame him alone for the 3-5 playoff record over the last year.
There you go lol another biased pats fan although 50tds is better than 45 and was a record at its time , 50:8 means for every 6.25 tds you threw 1 pick but 45:6 means for every 7.5 tds you threw a pick now you tell me which is more impressive without a randy moss btw (and ik there no such thing as a quarter or a half td im just giving real actual td:int numbers)
Why does Skip always ignore the defenses Rodgers has had in those losing playoff years? Tell me when ANY quarterback in history has taken a bad defense and an OK offense to the Superbowl in the same year. I'll wait.
I with skip on the Aaron Rodgers topic. I think ppl are a bit too in love with all the stats. Ultimately it's about the coaching staff and how well they put their players in place to succeed every week. Tom Brady is successful cuz Belichick has each guy doin their job at a high level and that includes all the asst. coaches. Everyone is held accountable.
Brady doesn't have many playoff road games since like GB the pats win the Div constantly.. besides in Denver a few times which is the toughest home field advantage in football. I just don't get how those home playoff losses get Rodgers above Brady
I want a cross over, Stephen A and Max vs Skip and Shannon, that would be EPIC
vs Collin and nick÷
With Joy and Molly lingerie oil wrestling
undisputed take
Shannon "Stuttering Stanley" Sharpe wouldn't get 5 words in during that debate.
I'm actually getting really excited for a this highly unlikely possibilty of a Stephen vs Max vs Skip vs Shannon vs Colin vs Nick
This guy wants to argue logically with Skip. You cant do that with someone whos obviously biased. You cant make sense out of nonsense.
They should have nick on all the time ...
skip just wanna ignore the stats like he always does if he doesn't like a player u will not change his mind
exactly
fuck the stats, i prefer 4 super bowls my nigga
He ignores the stats but when it comes the cowboys the stats matter
KeRon Tucker yep, but a champion QB made the difference
KeRon Tucker if he was a QB clutch, he put points on the board for the team not goin to overtime
I love Nick Wright for obliterating Skip in this debate cause he was desperately wrong
Nope look it up Wilson has 19 game winning drives since 2012
vinnyrodriguez02 sounds like your a Brady fanboy
Shannon is so much better than Steven a smith ,
And it's not even close.
Stephen A Smith is a complete moron
As much as I agree, I really hope Undisputed covers the NBA enough when the season starts. As an NBA fan it was pretty nice to watch Skip say absolutely ludicrous things, especially during the playoffs.
Now there together
he's a baaaaaad man
Baaaaaaad like a sheep
Casey Hansen sheeps baaaaahhhh. Got back to elementary school.
Funny how Skip had Joe Montana as the best QB of all time right here. This was also when Brady only had 4 rings
nick wright always comes prepared, and always great theories and ideas, very entertaining and eloquent
No…all he does is slurp Lebron James
crazy looking at this in 2023
It's clear Skip doesn't like Aaron, this shit is personal has nothing to do with football!!!!
i think its the fact that he loves Brady cause he always references him in every Rodgers conversation and the comparison pisses him off
I think so too bruh
Its the exact same with Lebron. Because he loves Jordan so much he has to disparage him as much as possible.
Okay, yes! Skip sometimes act weird regarding A.Rogers yes, weird stuff! But Cmon now, Rogers should've at least made it twice to the superbowl by now. Agreed
"They had a bunch of tomato cans blocking for him." Skip finally made me laugh out loud.
I actually have to agree with Skip on this one.
idk how i got here years later but man i wish nick were a regular guest on undisputed. strong debater, very well spoken
Nick is the only guy that could beat Skip in a debate in any sports
You see I can't stand the biased Pats fans. I'm a cowboys fan so I don't care for either team but Rodgers is the better QB. brady needs the greatest coach of all time and the greatest tight end of all time. aaron rodgers is a one man show.
one man show my ass, dude has eddie lacy and james starks to dump it off to, two top 10 wr's in cobb and nelson and a huge TE to throw to: Richard Rodgers, don't give me that one man show bullshit
Brady didn't had his best receivers half the season last year and still went 10-0 before going 12-4 and was putting MVP numbers.
+Utz Cobb isn't a top 10 wr wtf 😂 neither is Nelson coming off a torn ACL. Richard Rodgers is a below average TE. James Starks isn't anything special and Lacy's fat ass hasn't had a good season in 2 years.

I love and always will love Aaron Rodgers! If you hate him I respect that but you don't have to say he's trash!
Aaron Rodgers is the greatest Quarterback ive seen with my two eyes.. Best player in Football Period.
he's had a plethora of bad games just dating back to last year. he's overrated just like Andrew luck
with the exception of his one superbowl run hes been pretty awful in the post season, spent alot of his career dominating a weak division that now honestly looks to be vikings division, obviously a top shelf qb..but the best ever? hell no
you're eyes must be fucking crooked or something
You must be blind then
Definitely blind
2007 Brady > 2011 Rodgers
Moss>Jordy, Prime Welker>Cobb
Rodgers is the better QB.
07 Brady was one of the best Quarterback seasons of all time.
2013 Manning
Brady had moss, thats just unfair.
I just realized I only watched first take for skip. Glad hes still doing shows.
5 year later.....There still making excuses why he hasn't been back to a super bowl..
Nick Wright and Shannon could never have a debate show cause they would agree on everything 😄
Skip always been right about Afraud now we in 2022
Skip just hates Rodgers
Minnesota was not Aaron's worse game. How soon people forget about what the Broncos did to him last season when he threw for 77 yards. He has never looked worse than that. but he never had a pedestrian season ... his worse season is better than the best of all time lmao. (Tom Brady lover,Jock sniffer underwear washer fan)
+Heavy Dps no it's not
+Heavy Dps Tom Brady is great.
@Heavy DPS Incorrect. Billicheat is a great cheater. Tom Brady comes in second behind Billicheat with Deflategate.

Nick destroyed. This is like saying who was the best QB in the 83 draft. Elway had the more titles and appearances, Kelly had the 4 straight SB appearances and when you saw the way Marino slang that ball you could see he was talent wise was the best of the bunch.
"give em all the pretty stats, ill give you that.- but when its time to deliver I am not taking Aaron rodgers" truth be told.
Dude doesn't even have his facts straight. The highest QBRs go to Brady in 07 and Manning in 06 at 88.5. Rodgers 2011 season QBR is 86.3.
He was going by qb ratings
no he went Skips favorite stat, which IS Total QBR. Brady and Manning have the highest single season QBR's in league history
Oh yea you're right i just wonder what 2011 rodgers would do with randy moss
Rodgers has the highest single season passer rating and 3rd best single season qbr lol
Tom isn't top three in in passer rating though
Give Rodgers coach Bill Bellichek
Give Brady Mike McCarthy
Football history would be dramatically different Rodgers would more than likely be considered the goat
If Rodgers had Bellichek it would be scary as hell. Rodgers is more talented than Brady, Brady just has a better coach and team
Rodgers can win without cheating.
Lol you just proved his point DEFENSE wins championships the broncos clearly displayed that
Brady has played in far more playoff games and won far more playoff games
Dan Marino is the best EVER! Look what he accomplished with NO RUNNING GAME and NO DEFENSE! Again... NO RUNNING GAME and NO DEFENSE. Horrible front office.
preach it!!!!
Look at his td to int ratio
No running game? It was because of him that they didn't have a running game, he wanted to pass every time. He was too pass happy! I can't blame him for it, though. Since he was soo good at it. Can you imagine what Dan Marino would do in this quarterback friendly era? :o
no he is not the best ever
Even back in 2016 Nick Wright didn’t understand sports at all and only knew how to look at a stat sheet.
You mean by being prepared for the topics?
The one quarterback not talked about enough is Drew Brees. By far has had a worse defense than Aaron Roger's since the Saints super bowl win in 2009. And is still continuing to break records. and Drew Brees continues to March forward even when he has to "Peyton Manning colt days it" and throw for 350 to 450 every game (last week was bad). If Drew Brees had the Packers defense. they would be in the NFC championship game every year.
Rodgers has had the worst playoff defence that has ever won a playoff game. Rodgers makes the green bay packers
I mean does any other quarterback get their team 90 yards in 45 seconds as he did last year in the playoffs? You call that not delivering Skip? really? That drive was something you'll never see in the history of football again and certainly not a playoff game
Or when he went 60 yards in 2 seconds
don't forget he had an arm that needed surgery a banged up o line a terrible defense and 1 starting receiver after Janis got hurt he carried this team to a divisional with an injury a injured o line receivers not mentally ready and a bad defense but Brady is better even though the patriots don't even need him
Most dominant QB season ever. Obviously Manning in 04 or 13 or Brady in 07. What's this dude nick smoking
I think he never recovered fully from being hurt last season. I think he might be breaking down. He's 32.... He's not a spring chicken here. He's middle aged in NFL world, I think he's breaking down and it's impacted his arm strength and escapability.
Montana also had Ronnie Lott , Jerry Rice and Bill Walsh
Tom Brady also has Bill Belichick etc.
Skip says "Aaron Rodgers barely beat the Jaguars" Puts up 27 points LOL
did anyone else notice that skip just twisted Greg Jennings words around entirely?
He's not even relying on Jordy anymore... it's all the solid receivers combined with such an amazing QB
Brady is the goat in my opinion with montana 2nd. but aaron rodgers in my opinion is the qb in the league rn
big Ben.
Crazy back when skip thought Montana was still the best. Seems like ages ago
Nick Wright looks like Squidward from Spongebob.
Don't you ever think Arod is better than Brady, its not even close.
good shit
I mean, Rodgers resume sure as hell appears more impressive than Peytons and I don't really even think that Rodgers is a choker, but eventually people will add that tag to them (Packers), because they are always underperforming. Atleast the Peyton teams shit on everyone during reg season, Packers cant do that during reg or playoffs. It's really bad to be fair.
A choke artist doesn't complete 2 hail marys in the same game to win it
Any qb that plays for the Patriots will have incredible stats and look like the greatest of all time.
I would wish that these discussions would go on for another hour
Does Skip realize Rodgers was on one leg in that game against the Seahawks two years ago?
Nobody ever brings that up, but it's a valid point. And pats fans can't say the injury doesn't matter; we saw an injured Brady play a terrible game against the chargers in the AFC title game, and a mediocre one in the super bowl.
It's either that Skip and Tom Brady are dating, or Skip's Tom Brady's father ... nothing else.
When Skips says " I appreciate everything you just said " You know he's about to go off
it's kinda hard to win games if your defense always loses the playoff games for Rodgers. like the seahawks game and the cardinals game and others like seriously people.
1000% agree with Skip. Don't mention his name in the same sentence as Brady
Andre Bryant Matt Flynn balled @ times.
false. check cassell's stats. compare them to bradys. same exact weapons. Brady nearly, if not, doubled his TDs. Btw Brady won 5 more games & went to the SB with that team. if brady is a system QB like you're assuming, Cassell's pats would've got to the SB & Cassell would've had comparable stats. Not even anywhere near Bradys level as a QB or as a team, with the same exact team
you have to face different teams, stronger teams.
Donald he a great qb in a great system with a great coach don't act like you don't understand his point
How good did matt Flynn look in 2013? Oh yeah, he sucked, and that was a much larger sample than some random game.
The same team that beat the patriots in the biggest game the super bowl lol
K Mula Yeah but Aaron Rodgers had the "greatest season ever" but couldnt even throw for 300 yards. At home! Tom shredded that defense. Only Toms defense got shredded also. 1 qb did their job. The other didnt
Brady did not shred anyone eli manning did the shredding what game did you watch
After watching this, I now firmly believe that Skip is nothing more than a professional troll. How can he call Rodgers "overrated" when his "beloved" Cowboys have been the walking definition of overrated for the past 20 years? Rodgers has played in more playoff games than Romo EVER will.
Back when nick wright was easily the second most unlikeable person on FS1
i remember when nick was on 610 in kansas city... you're doing exactly, what you said you were doing on last show in Kansas City..
Nick is just mad that he said Aaron Rodgers was the GOAT on Colin's show and he actually is just a great regular season QB.
Brady has been to the playoffs more than Rodgers though.
bellicheck will go down as the greatest coach of all time. what happened when brady missed that entire season and cassel filled in? they won 11 games. Take away Aaron rodgers what happens? they might win 2
Oh cut it out win the cassel shit, cassel had a cute record but he went 11-5 and missed the plays offs, mind u he was studying under Brady for a few years before that and took control of a team that was 18-0 the previous season.
And no one was talking this GOAT coach shit till Brady came into the equation, NOT WHEN HE WAS ON THE BROWNS, NOT WITH BLEDSOE, BUT WITH BRADY, cassel did good Jimmy did good but that's after 10 years of building what he and Tom built
what by not even that much?
1 bad game? Last Sunday looked like last year when the Broncos made Rodgers look silly. Rodgers is just not that good away from Lambeau against good teams. Once he goes back home he'll throw for 350 and 4 td's and everything will be fine.
I need Skip to talk about Brady and then immediately talk about LeBron cause he want to use "he got them there" bullshit
Nick is a good addition to the show. Keep him on. Honestly I can't stand Shannon Sharpe.Just let skip or nick talk plz
That SB 50 loss was closer than the final score, as there was a fumble recovery for TD and the Panthers missed a FG!
If he is the best why can't he win top defenses?!
Uncle Shay hairline is better than ever in 2021
He had a TORN CALF in the Seattle game. And he STILL almost got there. His MVP seasons were both some of the best EVER. Skip you are BLIND. It's NUTS.
Defense gave him 4 picks and he lost no excuse
he is literally giving Aaron Rodgers a pass he has not done ah damn thing since 2010
skip talks about winning...can someone PLEASE tell me when the last time tom brady or tony romo won a SUPERBOWL?...tom brady has been failing time after time after time after time after time in the playoffs for a DECADE..skip please go away..you are beyond sickening now
Could someone just mention Sam Shields please. He's Green Bays #1 corner and he didn't even play last Sunday
Aaron Rodgers is very good, coming from a patriots fan, however he is no where near the GOAT Tom Brady
It always comes back to Tom Brady and the Cowboys with Skip
How can anyone that knows football look at both players resume and eye test and say Rogers is better than brady. Lmao
How can anyone that knows football look at both players resume and eye test and say Brady is better than Rogers... not taking into account coaches, players, defenses?
The eye test says Rodgers is better lol wtf
Aaron Valdez what's the purpose of playing the game. What do they play for simple question
K Mula in what way?
3 hail marys in a season, his throw on the run with pin point accuracy, athletic ability period, throwing across his body and still throw darts on the money, extending plays eluding defenders the list goes on don't act like you don't know
Here is my question: Where would Brady be if it wasn't for the infamous Tuck Rule Game?
I can only begin to fathom how good Aaron Rodgers would've been had he teamed up with Belichick...
I agree with Skip on this one.
I'm taking 07 Brady over any Qb for one game and 45 tds to 6 int is not better than 50tds to 8int
Hell no 2011* Rodgers and 2013 Peyton was way better without a randy moss and top 10 defense and a bill belichick
I got another one for you K mula. How about 36-4. That was brady in 2010. thats a 9-1 td to int ratio. Best ever
oh and btw that was with DEION BRANCH AND WES WELKER as his starting receivers. 5'8 and 5'9 are their heights. Please
+Richard Rueter yea while throwing under 4000 yards and under 40 tds still impressive tho
Why does Skip always ignore the defenses Rodgers has had in those losing playoff years? Tell me when ANY quarterback in history has taken a bad defense and an OK offense to the Superbowl in the same year. I'll wait.
I agree with Shannon and the "Other Guy" lol
1:55 goddammit, Joy!! Taking me completely out of the debate. 😍😍
Idk why Skip brings up playoff wins for Rodgers. He has more playoff wins in a year then Tony Romo has over a decade
It is impossible to argue with skip about lebron, rodgers, the cowboys... Etc. He's so biased on certain things
I'm a Broncos fan, more importantly a Peyton Manning fan. TOM BRADY is better than Aaron Rodgers. Aaron Rodgers talent is undeniably the best ever.
Only stat that matters, tb 4sb wins > arod 1sb win. And he should have another 2, if the defense had stopped Eli. Tom gave them the lead both times.
Can people please stop with this notion that if Rodgers.. or Manning or even Brees had Belichick/ Pats Defense they'd have 5 or 6 rings!!!
Aaron Rogers is overrated. I hate Tom Brady but I'll admit he's better than Aaron.
Nick Wright is the best!!
They can't genuinely think Rodgers is better than brady
Brady doesn't have many playoff road games since like GB the pats win the Div constantly.. besides in Denver a few times which is the toughest home field advantage in football. I just don't get how those home playoff losses get Rodgers above Brady
Joe Montano was great but look at those 49er teams he had. How many Hall of Famers are there? How many Hall of Famers have Aaron Rogers played with?
A-rod is the best quarterback of any generation, idgaf about the rings, he will have atleast 3 when he retires.
