STRESS has been slow-poisoning us. It has been making us weaker day by day. We get stressed by small situations like missing a train or getting less marks in school or college tests.
Everyone does face difficult situations, but is taking tension or being stressed-out the RIGHT SOLUTION?? Definitely not! I m also having premature greying of hair , face is filled with acne, and also i m overweight.

I m a very Stressful person n a overthinker too. I'm a girl, so i recently found that my stressed lifestyle give me a gift called PCOD. After covid i had very irregular cramps till today under medication. And recently my doc give me to Ultrasound it bcz all the symptoms found that i hv pcod. And the major symptom is stressful lifestyle. My stress is related to fear of being a less below than average student, conflicts with family where they think that i m guilty and dont listen to my side.. Talk rudely and fear of not doing worthy work and a failure in career. I'm every young girl whose mother said to compromise yur self in family just like she did btwn fight with father.. I'm a every young girl who is not doing much good. I'm a young girl pursuing mathematics hons from delhi university.

I listen Hanuman chalisa every morning. It brings so much positivity.
The thing is STRESS is a natural thing, we can't avoid it but the key is to, 'How to manage it' And what I do is just MEDITATE and become physically active (as mentioned in the video). Meditation has worked miracles for me, I have been developing this habit for the past few months. Now I can meditate for at least 3-4 times a week and I can clearly see changes in my life. It not only helps you manage stress better but also helps you overcome ANXIETY and OVERTHINKING. So I highly recommend practicing meditation!

On 29th Feb I was having my chemistry HSC board exam and due to stress of exam my blood pressure increased to 150+ and pulse rate to 110. It was very disturbing that day but now I am totally fine after some medication. So please don't take stress and live life with happiness and whenever you feel stressed go and meditate for at least 15 min.

I am 24 year old,i was fit and healthy till 2022. Afterthat i failed 3 competitive exam simultaneously and then taking lots of stress and afterthat my BP become high, chest pain happened, spondylitis and some nerve issues happened. My physical health decrease day by day 🙃 but i can't control anything.

5 hours before the 10th board exam I had a seizure attack cause of stress, later for 11 class preparation 3 times
I was diagnosed with depression at the age of 16. 8-13 medication till today's date. Visited a therapist and many Doctors, and read books but the stress continued Currently class 12 boards are going on it's disheartening to see the situation falling from my hands. Scared of percentages.

I'm very stressed these few days because of work. After watching this I'm actually questioning myself 'is it important?' so I'm letting go of all the unnecessary thoughts. And just coming clear with all. Thank you.
I would like to share one learning from this amazing book "How to stop worrying and start living"
if you get worried about something then just do these three things
1) Write down the problem on paper
2) Think about the worst can happen
3) Now try to solve it to get least impact of it
as your mind already knows the worst then it wouldn't worry that much and will try to find a way out of it.
It really works for me hope will work for all others
Writing down really helps in decluttering the brain... It is really worth trying... i also Write down all the overthinking ..
Also meditation mantra chanting or repeating any name of God while meditating also help to calm down :)

Our Vedic Scriptures talk in elaborate detail about mind, its functioning and how its prone to the ill effects of sinful reactions even after performing our daily actions dutifully. Mental health management should be taught in schools and included in the course curriculum.

Corona k baad ye feeling bhut hi intense ho gyi h. Iske wjh se bhut zyda bimar b ho gyi thi. Thik hone k bad mene socha k ab dobara stress nhi lungi or life ko khul k khushi se jeeungi. I had mental stress issues preparing for Pre Engineering test when I was in 11th standard, daddy said it will go away after I get into a good college, I cleared it then I had issues preparing for Campus placement in college, daddy said now get a job life will be set. I have been working in USA since 2005 , I still have issues , I stopped talking to my dad about it and understood that stress is part of life if I am a responsible man who has to listen to his manager, demands of wife and kids. Life is never set , Life was set for our Dads who could live peacefully in their small towns and ride a Bajaj Scooter and Mom treats them like Kings. So if you are part of Middle class India stress is default , eat Pani Poori and Jalebi and worry about monthly EMIs daily :-) EMIs+Unemployed Kids=Stress

Main reason is - Toxic Indian family environment, controlling parents, Fighting adults, physical abuse, too much pressure on family kids.. constantly mentally torturing them to study hard and comparing them to other's kids. I've been through everything listed above and it hurts bad..
