    You can use it and then feed the rope into the 3D pen that uses plastic scraps

    This is a neat idea, but seriously, stop trying to make consumers feel guilty about throwing away their plastic bottles.

    • @KristofBernaert
      @KristofBernaert 8 лет назад +9

      depends where you throw it away

      @@oliviaoh6232 I thought the point of his comment was to point out that the companies using plastic as a cheap alternative for everything is to blame. Not the consumers that have no choice but to buy those products (since plastic is used in everything nowadays).

    This is horrible. It helps the plastic to break down even faster into micro plastics and also spreads it faster in the environment around us. And we're going to miss stuff to tie with plastic ropes before we even go through a fraction of the plastic bottles of the world. Just use less plastic.

      You base your assumptions on.....
      How does reusing pet bottles in a way which converts muscle power and garbage into material which has both disposable and durable goods potential offend you so?
      I'm guessing because you're 'green' in a loose trendy fashionable. Recycle, Reduce, REUSE. This meets all those criteria. Reduce reliance on other plastic strings and ropes, reuse pet bottles and recycle when it's no longer needed....
