It looks like someone repackaged her with alternate pieces. People do this! I don't think MGA threw in different items from other dolls. They wouldn't put Sunnys blind box bag with her.
I got the same Harper from Amazon when she was on clearance on Amazon. I ended up putting her in something new and cute and didn’t want to deal with returning her. I only paid 15 so it is what it is but yea mga most likely responsible.

Multiple people have gotten this version of Harper since Prime day when she was on sale. She just doesn't look the right to me.
