Loved GASH what they stood for and Liz was the best she was so nice person great having smeer on drums sticking up for us girls in the scene we needed that more so to have that support great album loved the lessons ep and their first single which had Jane originally on vocals. You didn't need to look overseas for women in the punk scene we had our own we forget that this brings so many good memories all those protests that we were doing at the time
I used to write Liz ! she sent me their demo tape,, i told her i wanted to Bear her Children!!! So miss them...!!!

How lucky were we with the amount of good bands that we had in Melbourne.
I have a copy of this Lp, bought in Northern Ireland. Some is a bit samey but it does have its moments, Gash Thrash!
Loved this mob, had this album & the god is dead! Big influence on me. Kudos
Somebody needs to get all this and depression music on Spotify or something , soundtrack of my youth 🤘🏼
And the hardcore house tapes needs to get uploaded
GASH THRASH TILL FUCKING DEATH!!! GREAT ALBUM, GREAT BAND!!!
In my early teens I thought about gash constantly.
Three Girls and a Man... W🙂W...!!! I love this band sound ♀️♀️♀️♂️
Awww, fuck yeah!!

Really bad recording...i have lp...but music is good
Yeah wasn't the best. A lot of old punk was on a limited budget. The transfer of this to youtube here sounds even worse!!
@thebargettntrollied if I turn up.bass a bit on my lp..sounds passable. One of them rang me when I was doing my all night public radio show...was playing alot of punk and postpunk..depression, ears, birthday party, gash, vixen.. etc...cool. back in the day.
@@yorkemar That's cool, they are friendly people. I used to trade tapes & flyers with Smeer back in the 80's. Really nice guy. I was big into tattoos & he used to also send me pics of new tatts he had done. Great artist too. It used to take about 2½ months to get mail from him & from me to him the same. (I live in Dublin Ireland) Oh how things have changed. Great times....
