Meanwhile. Mental neighbour, celebrating the fact they are all out the house for once, squeezes through the hole in the loft party wall. Wanders around house, paying special attention to Simon’s under-pant drawer. 😂
I was at the Bute Park festival and stood behind you in the beer queue about three times debating whether it was you or not. Told my mates "he's the spitting image of some bloke I watch beer reviews of on youtube". Only found out when I got home and did some digging that you was actually a South Wales man 😂
Jesus Wept... I remember in the late 90's.... 99 i think, a beer festival in Southampton, weird named beers, ales, like a pint of Star Trek, Farmers Cock, Hadgers Badger, HobGoblin.... Beautiful beers at like £3 a pint. £7! it is mad too think you can go somewhere like this and spend £28 on 4 pints.
Only Simon could go to a food festival and not eat anything. Shame, he had a perfect chance to do a real noodle review rather than the filth he normally consumes.
I don't get the Card only No Thanks way of thinking, the beer tastes the same wether it's card, cash or free like Simon's Pint, it's all gonna be Card Only sooner that ya think. I never carry cash, haven't done for years, except for the Chinese Takeaways, wonder if that's all being declared to Inland Revenue?
Why people still like to fiddle around with and carry cash when you can just tap your card is beyond me. Just holding up the service at things like this wasting time counting change.
Well done Mel, great off the cuff comnents ! 👍
I've recently come across your channel mate and I enjoy your reviews and overall content! However £7 a pint and "Card Only" payment? Not for me.
£7 a Pint! Back in the 90's I remember a time when you could get ALL of Timothy Taylors ales on keg for 1 quid a pint.

I believe in this so much more than I believe kings and queens should lord over us 😁

What's your problem?
Not like there's a cost of living crisis on
it's called inflation you fossil
Good to see Simon out and about. Thankfully he didn't get stung by a nettle or met an old brewer.
Looked like a cracking day out

Real Ale, not Real Noodle
Churros are traditionally Spanish and usually dipped in a very thick kind of chocolate drink, very delicious 😋
Simon, the motto of a local brewery is “Beer is Food”, so according to that, you did eat. 😂
Another good video simon

Card only - no thanks!
Hi Simon, Caroline Ireland
Wtf didn't Simon eat anything, grrr !!! 😡😡😡
"card only"🙄
Yes because you couldn’t carry enough cash at those prices . Actually pretty reasonable for an event like that .
Why do you want to waste time fiddling with change at a busy event?
Why people still like to fiddle around with and carry cash when you can just tap your card is beyond me. Just holding up the service at things like this wasting time counting change.
Some people are scared of change
Good luck to you all when cash is gone, you'll soon realise the "inconvenience" was a small thing when your a controlled slave
Card only… boycott that then
Damn. My unlaundered drug selling money is no good there
