If you mean how to make the sound emitter output an alarm sound, just go to the sound emitter tool. Then click open sound browser, in there you can choose from quite a few sounds. Then when you've found an alarm sound you want just click on it, then click send to tool gun. (If I remember correctly)

I wouldn't know about that. I don't really play online much. I often just play on sandbox single player. I also can't find a way to make a wire teleporter move a player. As far as I can tell, wire teleporters move what they're attached to. However, with the use of a grabber, they can move objects (grabbers don't target/grab players, don't know about npc entities though)
It's kind of convenient that I'm going to be studying programming next semester (I plan on studying as many coding languages as I need). What language is used in E2?

Now if I put Do not target owner will I still be able to hear the sound when it gets triggered by some one eles

See if you can take this concept and make it automatically teleport them away or kill them.

Make sure the HUD indicator settings are correctly configured
