I know, and then there are the people that actually hate mayonnaise hard to believe they exist. When I saw this video I wanted to make one but I didn't have ham so I used pepper turkey and sharp cheddar. It was so delicious. The next one Ill make with Ham and Swiss,.

You need to soak the sides in egg/milk mixture so when you fry them off it creates a seal, we don’t want the cheese and Mayo running out, we want it sealed in..... still looks super tasty! ❤️🇦🇺

no it shouldn't be cooked yet it should cook when the sandwich is assembled and is ready to cook, just heat the pan and cover it itll cook the ham
