I agree, she is good. I haven't listened to her for a long while. Danielle was one of the first I'd listened to when I discovered YT True Crime channels. I don't know why I stopped back then... it's been at least 2yrs. This video came up in my feed when I was looking for something else today. The one thing I don't like, and this may be why I stopped, is all the jump skips. So... constructive criticism to Danielle if you are reading comments. Thank you for this! What a horrific thing to discover after a cookout... and what a crazy web this woman wove! Also... I don't have Discovery Investigation or whatever the channel is you keep telling us to watch to see more recorded videos. I can't afford more channels that I have to pay for or ones that require cable. (Just putting that out there.)
@@sommerraine3082it’s everytime the camera is stopped and restarted. you’ll notice little jumps every few seconds. it bothers me too so i just listen instead of watching 😭
The fact that she got a deal that she would not be tried for any other murders says to me, plainly, she has killed before and she knows they know. She may be in prison for the rest of her life, but for the families of anyone else she may have harmed that means very little. She can’t control being in prison now, but she is going to stay in control of something. I have a feeling a lot of Jason’s issues was due to what he knew of Kelly. What she was capable of. What he may have had to do for her to, at the very least, keep her happy. Keep himself alive. Many thoughts to Chris’s family and friends.
She has probably killed a lot of people that town houses criminals in the past and I would not be surprised if they got people there bring hidden by the government in any sort of witness protection program.
Danelle, did you know that chief Frizzo en detective Ogden ended up falling in love? This is a beautiful outcome to a horrific murder. Keep up the hard work, I’m a fan of your storytelling. Warm greetings from Amsterdam, the Netherlands 🙏🥰
Danelle, I did watch this documentary years ago. I was completely entranced. Chief Frizzo became my own personal heroine! She was amazing. A woman that believed in and went with her gut instincts. You covered it so well! I am never one to judge anyone, but I remember looking at Kelly and wondering, "What is the attraction here"?
Generally saying I don’t particularly like cops but I’m FURIOUS for Chief Frizzo. Someone who actually gives a shit in such a corrupt system gets treated like that??? Shameful
Been watching Danelle since Keneka Jenkins. I love her style, like she’s the friend that can tell a good story. I had a friend in high school who’s family was better off than mine so would go to the movie theatre and then tell me about the movie from start to finish so that now I’m not sure if I’ve watched certain movies or just she had. ❤
As someone whose Dad passed away last year, I can't imagine how his son may have felt - losing his Dad in such a horrific way right before they were supposed to move in together. Kelly is a monster.
This is so disturbing! 😱 Thank you so much for letting us know about these cases, I am sure it helps many of us to be even more careful when letting new people into our lives.

And my husband doesn't understand why I never eat anything I haven't cooked myself. :( The city manager who 'relieved' Ms. Frizzo sounds like an impotent old grouse who's only claims to fame are managing teeny towns poorly and stealing valor when he can. Aside from him, this was a perfect example of seeing agencies pull together for the greater good. Thank you once again for bringing us a case fully researched and well told.
I agree! My thoughts were this old fool just hated women and really hated to see a woman police officer solving a case as bad as this one. When she broke down crying after finding the lower jaw, she is the real deal.

When I see Danelle post a new video it always cheers me up. Then I remember that I'm smiling about learning about brutal murders and I feel bad again. Then at some point I inevitably get angry at the perp/cops/courts. It's an emotional rollercoaster Or maybe it's just because I'm bipolar.
Wow...There were times when I saw her eyes and smile; was sickened and got the chills...All I could think was, "There sits the monster you fear that hides under your bed as a kid...Pure Evil".

HI! I’m totally obsessed with your videos. Ik you do very not well known cases and I’d really appreciate a deep dive on Leshia Jackson. She disappeared in Eldorado, Arkansas and it’s pretty sketchy but there’s no videos on it. Please please please do a deep dive on it. I think her brother would definitely help with everything that he knows. He just wants to know what happened to his sister. She was only 22. Please let me know either way. Really appreciate your stuff I don’t think there’s a video of yours I haven’t seen.
I find it funny that the local "mine pit" is known by the police as a dumping ground for evidence. "Let's dump evidence into the abandoned mine pit. Nobody will find it there." Seems like a good idea for most ppl. Problem is that's what most people would think so it becomes really common. Police must love it. "Did we check the pit yet?" Haha

Hallfway through when you mentioned to watch Dark North I found it on Prime Discovery+ and binge watched all four episodes. I watch a ton of true crime shows but I really liked how your video blended with the Discovery show to give an immersion feeling. Chilling! Obviously she has more victims out there and it's unfair that they allowed a plea deal with her not being charged for murders in Indiana. That should tell police there's victims in Indiana and it makes me want to look into unsolved/John Doe cases there. Someone or multiple families are wondering what happened to their loved ones and Kelly knows! :(
Please deals are integral to the justice system. They have to go with charges the defendant will plead guilty to..whereas there is no trial, and only the judge to pass sentence. Thank you Danielle ❤❤
what an evil person, horrible🤬
this is why you can’t just eat anyone’s food. Period. That poor man
A great story again you are doing a great job.
Sad thing is they probably did serve the victim at that cook out. Your taught in the UP that you don't kill anything that your not willing to eat.
