From what I've learnt from Volkswagen - there is nothing standard. You get a model from dirt, really cheap and marvellous - so many options presented while price is low. Turns out that a stacked VW will cost as much as a new Beemer. Though it will be packed with options, so it's still better than a plain BMW. Maintenance-wise, however, the brand has hit the low. It's not the "people's car" anymore, repair costs are solid and parts wear down quite fast, to be fair.

This is for Europe. Cars in the USA do not come with those features because the american market doesn't allow it.
