Great Video Chris. Absolutely agree with the property strategy. Use the business for cashflow to purchase properties, and have inflation to increase the value of the properties. In Australia our property prices double every 10 years, so it is easy to build equity fast in your properties. You just need to be ready to buy when you find the right property whether it be commercial or residential. Even if the market ever goes down you only will lose the money if you sell, so you have to be brave and hold on and ride it out. From experience I've seen firms develop a hire firm within the group and supply plant / repairs cheaper than the competition or a third party ....where that profit went though.....who knows 😂😂 The sad part was they try and over charge you !! Talk about commercial cannibalism!! Lets face it ....banks make mega money through charges for overdrafts etc .... Great vlog mate as per. .
