- this laundromat has been a blast but it has some drama too. We are hoping the new addition will help curb some of that drama but we shall see how it goes and we shall see if we break a sales record as well!

The soda and vending machines may not be huge money makers but they are a convenience for your customers. Did I miss what the new addition was? Was it the parking signs?

Sooo many quarters! Good numbers! Yes, it is time to change cleaners. This is a usual problem for so many businesses that hire outside cleaners. Not sure why... :-( I think you are getting tired of the Little Laundromat. I really like the Little Laundromat, but maybe it's time for you to move on. It's not as fun for you as it used to be. A newly retired DIY kinda guy might really love owning that property.

The outside no parking signs look good for your customers have open spots. Might went to put a sign on the wall to find lost items left by the customers.

An off grid laundromat Solar electricity, water from a well. Then own the building. I bet that would be the ultimate!
they won't let you put a well in if there is already a water tap
