    Thank you so much for your free OCD recovery videos!
    Because of you guys and gals I was able to play video games today and actually enjoy them for the first time in months.
    I know you say not to play video games but I actually avoided video games because I didn’t want to sit still for any period of time.
    I honestly fell into recovery and it’s crazy how fast life can start to change in a positive way when you take on the right perspective and stop resisting the sensations instead you go towards them because you know they aren’t going to last forever.

    Hello!
    I guess I understand your point with the "core fear", but I don't understand this "acceptance" thing or the "acceptance isn't agreement" thing,
    so excuse me this question, but what would that mean for an OCD sufferer who suffers from POCD?
    This example "Even if I would be weak, so what?!", how should this perspective work for someone who suffers from POCD?
