Annie's Song | solo dedicated to Annie Kate Eloise Everett 💜🦋

As most of you know, our niece/ the kid's cousin passed away last year after a sudden illness. This has been the hardest year of our lives as we struggle to make sense of this new reality in our family, and learn to cope with the lifelong grief left in Annie's absence. Watching Ella channel her grief into art has been the most beautiful experience. Today she wanted to honor Annie by sharing this solo with all of you.
She is dancing to the song my sister had found during her pregnancy with Annie. The song became special to her before she was born, and has become even more significant since she passed away. At Annie's celebration of life my sister invited everyone to pause and listen to this song in honor of Annie's calming spirit. I hope that same peaceful presence is experienced by all through this special memorial piece 🤍
