Looking forward to you remaking this video when the houses are fully completed. The houses are large and well designed so the finished concept is going to be 🔥!
Please Be properly geared next time, it adds to the overall aesthetics and quality control of the project. You are allowed on a construction site, without the proper gear(Ppe) and your tour guide (don’t know what to call him) was dressed in babariga on a construction site amd slippers. That says a lot about the people that are running this project.
I don't want to poop on her excitement, but the fact of the matter is that the finishing on these mass construction projects in Naija are poor i'm sorry to say, I have been in a few, sometimes the flaws start with the paint job, tiles are laid badly, water pressure is low, and some owners have changed some of the toilet and bathroom fittings just in less than 2 years after moving in. I don't want to discourage people from buying but these are just things that u might experience with these constructions but at the end of the day, Its still home to so many.
Yet another encouraging video. thank you mama for informing us on growing affordable opportunities around Lekki. Please always request for helmet whenever you visit a construction site, it's important.
I know this is Nigeria when anything goes but next time i suggest you both wear appropriate safety clothes & shoes when going into these building construction. Hope that helps

I would recommend showing property that is completed, as the aesthetics of a neighborhood/development area can influence a potential buyers decision in purchasing the property. The uncompleted structures, pool, and other amenities mentioned would be a turn off for some. Also, it would have been better to ask a resident beforehand, if you could tour their home with your camera crew, so that the audience could get the feel and look for a completed unit.
Good afternoon my name is Felicia I would like to look into purchasing on of those beautiful homes.. hubby and I are traveling to Nigeria in Augusta for two weeks.
It's a beautiful development but there is a lot of faults starting from the presentation She should have spoke to the gentleman before knocking on his door There are a lot that makes a place beautiful like a playground for kids, and trees. Also the position of the swimming pool is wrong and way 2 small And when you want to see a property it has to be a completed building and not the One they're still working on.
Nice. It's close to my house. It's Ilasan though, not Ikate. The next junction after World Oil. Guys, it's legit. I've been living in that area for over 5 years. Know when they started the project. It's 5 mins walk from my house.
nice place , please stop using the word affordable , the amount you mentioned isn't affordable for large proportion of the people . Average Nigeria cant afford your stated amount . your continuation of the word usage "affordable" is an abuse of the word "affordable" .Affordable should and mean everyone can buy it at ease or not.
Nigeria needs to improve on the "cosmetics" when it comes to development. The exterior of this place is not impressive at all. It looks like you're about to enter a factory or an industrial complex. I understand that with this one in particular, some units are still under construction, but I've seen complete ones that look the same. Where's the grass? Trees?Plants? Properly paved or tarred entrance? Nigeria really lacks curb appeal.
Please Show us finished Apartments, not uncompleted buildings...!! i am disappointed at you today... this is very unprofessional, the whiteman will never do a Promotion of an uncompleted project.. Beware..!!??

My major concern which you usually do not mention in your videos is with flooding.

Ghana homes are too expensive compereing to Nigerian homes
Yes they are because Ghana is more secure and safety than Nigerian

Is this before or after ajah? Or after shop right
It's about 10 minutes drive from Lekki Phase 1. It's not close to Ajah at all.
It's before the ShopRite at Jakande roundabout
What of flooding? Is there any case?
No o. The road is interlocked from start to end with good drainage.

Grass and trees in Lagos? Developers concrete over everything or give you plastic grass
70k USD your average nigerian can't afford that
Can none Nigeria buy house?
The environment need planted flowers or trees.
The dining room space is ridiculously small doesn’t make sense
It is the decent housing that low income earners can afford, and even then lots of slum dwellers can't even afford these.Bigger always = higher costs.
Most affordable ke
