My 2 favorite tracks from Obscura!!! Gorguts are at the forefront of pushing death metal. Reminds me of the heydays of Death and when Opeth pushed those same boundaries of what could be imagines in the genre (when Opeth could still be called metal LOL).
I know the title track is a live favorite and it was awesome when I them in 2016, but I think they should cut the Obscura material from their live sets.. .not the same without Big Steeve's riffage...

Always thought they looked ultra soft with no Steeve and Steve.
Gorguts in every formation is a powerful band but their best lineup was definitely with Steve and Steeve.

It's less the riffs and more his vocals that I miss... They worked fantastically with Luc's vocals.
