I have the quest 3 and psvr2, my quest 3 is my go to headset. The screen door effect is barely noticable if you look for it, it has a contrast and black level enhancer in setting, makes contrast almost as good as oled. With my bobo halo strap, its super comfy and removing facepad i can get huge fov, the pancake lenses are super clear, standalone games with quest games optimizer, look amazing, quest 3 is just an amazing headset, and I couldnt recomend it enough
What makes you think we will really get a Deckard or second headset from Valve? It’s been 5 years and we’ve not really received any tangible updates in a long time. Please don’t read anything negative into me asking. I’m genuinely curious about your take on this.
@@fixmyoculus Nothing concrete, but there's a lot of circumstantial evidence for it.. Valve has been testing ARM compatibility in a huge list of games on Proton, many of which are VR - Deckard is rumored to be ARM based , the controllers for the device have leaked and look a lot more like quest controllers, Valve has stated they would like to be able to do flatscreen gaming on VR using future hardware, etc
hello ive gotten a deathloop glitch with my quest 3. I've tried everything the internet had to offer. resetting restarting factory resetting unplugging the battery nothing works. is there a part that I can buy and replace in the headset that is causing the issue? because I'm out of options at this point. i live in a country where meta returns and repairs arent available.
PC gaming hardware has been out of fashion. Pre covid GPU and CPU performance was progressing rapidly which kept enthusiasts attention. The last couple years havent been that interesting. CPU performance is insane. GPU performance required $2000 to see any inprovments. This upgrade cycle slowing also slows down VR adoption and just general interest in the space. I have an index and a G2 reverb, but I didn't realize quest 3 was such an upgrade because it's all out of mind until we get hardware that can actually open up new possibilities. Quest 3 gerting delivered in an hour.
@@fixmyoculus Hey man I need help here, my oculus 3 controller buttons aren't working, and they also have stick drift and where I'm located there's no support at all from anybody or meta so I was wondering if you could assist me
Sound is WAY better on the Index. A very noticeable downgrade after switching to Quest 3. Obviously wireless is a massive improvement though.

I'm still on a Valve Index, only because I'm waiting for Deckard before upgrading to a newer headset.

@@pmcomputing2459There’s about as much evidence for the Deckard as there is for Half-Life 3.
How long does it take you to ship parts? It’s been a week and no update on my order.
That’s kinda weird. What was the order number?
@ emailed it to you

Usually it’s an issue with one of the cameras. Troubleshooting it can be a bit of work though.
When are your Quest 2 joystick toppers coming back on stock I need them so bad ahahahha😂
