Most of the sounds used were not sampled though, but instead digitally synthesized by drawing a waveform on the Fairlight's screen and then further processing the resulting sound. Was this really a Fairlight? Eons ago when I heard the LP (I still have it somewhere) I remember that in the album inlay was mentioned that the musician had composed it on a homemade computer.

1979 Klaus Netzle was distributer for the Fairlight CMI in europe. Today he is living on menorca and is doing arts and painting.
