You are the most relatable RUclips/influencer mother. You feed your baby very well when pregnant. Most RUclips mothers/influencers are so thin when pregnant that you can see that they are starving themselves because they don’t want to gain the pregnancy weight which is not just unsafe for the child but a stupid standard of beauty to promote!! Such a beautiful young family!!
Sometimes the weight loss isn't intentional. I personally have a hard time stomaching any food when I am in my first trimester
@@kasironald4668 that is a different case but there are those that are intentional and they don’t eat through out the entire pregnancy. They even show and talk about not wanting to eat this and that or portioning their food really small because they don’t want to gain the ‘pregnancy weight’. Meanwhile they are depriving the baby of the much needed nutrients because it is too small for the body and baby to share
