Hi, do we upload all documents for multiple universities all at once or upload docs for one uni, submit it and delete docs for that uni and redo the process for second uni?

@@ajumalshamsudeen4937 i think we just upload each motivational letter by putting the name of the uni with it so that they can know each motivation letter is dedicated to a different uni , but what i wanna know here is that can i apply for vpd without the language certificate ? or is it necessary to upload all the required documents and then pay the fees for the vpd

@@sebastianm8465 Upload educational documents just once and for letter of motivation, upload for each university and mention the name of that university. Also if any university asks for some specific document, then do mention that uni's name in your file. Otherwise all other documents are uploaded only once.

According to the study regulations for my master degree, all applicants must be adequately vaccinated against measles. Proof of vaccination must be submitted with the application". This is on the UNI-ASSIST application form, not in the visa process.
So my question is about the certificate, should I just translate a standard certificate or should I get a template from the embassy and have it certified by a doctor?

Hello! I am currently applying for winter semester and I have some confusions. sometimes it is written on university website to send documents by post to uni-assist but while applying uni-assist says online only application. so what to do then?

Beforehand. You need to submit it with your applications in some cases. As for others you'd definitely need it during your online registration at the university and for your visa.
Brother i have one problem I had upload all the documents on online site and offline through currier service both than after it left aprox 5 week still I don’t get my VPD what are the problems are there Because of VPD I can’t get offer later from colleges and there deadline are very close

Usually uni assist takes 4-6 weeks depending. You can mail them to tell them your problem.
Uni assist now showing a third option rather than genera & University question
The 3rd option is called course of study related question
Can you show it how to fill that section?

Brother, i need to know 1 thing. In uni-assist they evaluate my documents and 1 important document was missing that is Transcript, so they mail me and i uploaded it today, but my question is do they again take 3-4 weeks to reevaluate my document as my deadline is 1st march 2024..😢
They will take some time. As they have done the primary check. I think this was the only document missing. You should not worry.

@@mohamedabdullah9061 I just directly mail to the University that this document is missing. Kindly take my application for evalutaion directly from your side before the deadline. Then they allowed me & replai back also through mail!

hello brother, i have a problem with the uni assist payment. I have already paid my fees but I haven't received the confirmation mail in my inbox, yet. its been more than two weeks. I even mailed them on the portal but they are not even answering them. I don't know how long should i wait and what to do. If anyone else has faced the same problem then please help me through it. Brother uni assit asked to submit degree certificate but im 2023 passed out till now I didn't get my degree certificate so i have submitted the other certificate issued by my collage mentioned that degree certificate will provide later like that, my question is will they accept this certificate provided by my collage instead of degree certificate
hello brother do we need to notarized the documents or can upload directly the scanned documents?
as per uni assist: "Your officially certified copies must be sent to uni-assist by post. Scans / uploads of certified documents are not sufficient. We also do not accept simple photocopies of officially certified copies." That means when you upload the documents even if they are not certified it is fine. where as document sent by post must be notarized.

Hello, while filling Uni assist, they ask for Bachelor degree program. What if my program is not mentioned in the portal? I did Bachelor of fine art. They have Bachelor of Arts but my subject i.e Appled art is there in the portal. What should I choose, do I have to choose Other degree ?

No, you have to upload all the documents first after that only you have to pay. Make you apply 1 month in Advance

If the university is not asking you don’t need. You only provide the language proof of what the university is asking

Do I need APS Certificate to apply to Universities via Uni-assist or even for applying for VPD?
APS will be mentioned in course requirements, if they need it in advance else you need to provide it later after getting admit letter / confirmation. For VPD it will be mention in requirements not every university ask for it.

I have huge doubt on one thing ???? Do we need official transcript to apply for aps, I have applied for transcript in Bangalore University and it is taking more time. So do I really need that document for aps process or can I just proceed with aps without transcript
Nowhere in there checklist document have they mentioned anything about Transcripts. You only need marksheets for all semesters.

As it’s a digital document you can expect the document in 3 weeks. However, usually 4-6 week is the normal time.
I want to ask you that if particular university deadline is 30 March then if person apply for it on 20 march through uni assist so is his application considered as successful or not if university accepting online only application and in case if uni assist takes time to evaluate my profile and till that time my university deadline passes away then it's counted as successful application or not
They will consider your application as successful submission.

Hello Ankita, if I apply for one university on uni assit in the beginning and pay 75 Euro.
Then if I want to apply for 2nd university after one to two weeks in uni assist for vpd then I will have to pay 30 Euro or 75 Euro.
To sum up, is it necessary to apply for vpd of universities at same for to avail the 30 Euro scheme ? Or we can also apply after some time?

You can use bank transfer to pay it for you, the bank will need IBAN of uni-assist and the reference number.

Yes, it is the fee to evaluated your document after which they forward your document to university.
