All the pro detailers make sure to scrub the stain with a brush and spray the solution FIRST (from a separate squirt bottle) , than clean it with clean water only, NOT adding the solution into the machine..

I have a little green that's got to be at least 10 years old....and it still works...but the tool on the end really bugs me because you can not remove the lens...You can run water through it... but if anything gets stuck in the crevices inside there you can't get it..I've always kept it really clean and I think that's why it's lasted so long.

Is there a reason I cannot use boiling hot water in the green machine ? The Pro heat does not heat the water. I am considering the green machine. Thanks for the video.
The link for the PetPro goes to the regular Pro. Are these the same?
Essentially they're the same, the only differences are the accessories and cleaning solution that you get with each model. For instance, the pet pro comes with a Stain Trapper tool, and the pro model has a stair tool.
