Navan is the county town of County Meath, Ireland. It has a population of over 30 thousand making it the tenth largest town in the Irish Republic. Navan is at the confluence of the River Boyne and Blackwater about 50KM (30 miles) north west of Dublin City.

In the "Rare Ould Times" I remember Navan Town (1970 - 1982). I thank you, from on old harrier that ran the fields of Navan and played in the Blackwater and Boyne.

The bus was not fit for the road. But Bus eireann. Literally forced the driver to do the school run with it. He logged the issues but he wasn't listened to. Then in 2008 during the libel trial. Bus eireann tried to blame him.
