Ryan approaches Zach to start a charity and he is on board, until Ryan tells him that he wants him to move to Africa with him. Ryan gets angry that Zach does not like the idea. Zach tries to talk some sense into Ryan. Kendall is freaking out because Greenlee sent Charm to a publisher and they want to publish the book. Greenlee is taken to the hospital.
