Using the Ignored Feature for HOS Logs in MyGeotab for Geotab Drive - ELD Training for Admins

This video covers the basics of using the "Ignored" feature in MyGeotab for yourself or your Geotab Drive users. The feature allows users to have the Geotab system ignore drivers' logs that have been placed on their account in error, keeping timers counting down the time properly for each driver.
NOTE: This feature does not hide logs from officers during a DOT inspection or audit. It resets timers in Geotab, but does not actually change anything from the DOT's view. Because of this, it is important that all drivers continue to annotate their logs to explain any edits.
