Worm grass, red worm grass, pole plant, seaweed monster, dll and mll can eat everything. For pole mimic and seaweed monster an entity is just deleted once it gets close enough to the den, red and normal worm grass just pulls you down, if you get pulled hard enough, you are considered dead, and dll and mll will shrink everything they get to their core, once the being is the size of its core, it gets considered eaten
When you're sliding down a wall as spearmaster, you can hold down the grab button, and rapidly push and release the direction into the wall repeatedly to grow a spear, and then throw it into the wall to hang on. This saved me in that same location, as well as in the chimney canopy.

I recall being at the Wall at The Exterior, and was climbing and minding my own buisness. When a falling white lizard, on the way down, sniped me with their tounge attack and killed me
I dont know why, but there is this glitch that allows me to passage anywhere as long as i unlocked it. By anywhere, i mean being able to passage to the Rot without being Rivulate, or the lttm region without being Spearmaster. So i decided to go to the slug tree as Spearmaster. Surprisingly, it actually ended and went to the score menu as normal without crashing, without the cutscene. When i left the menu, it showed Spearmaster's character icon as if i got the main ending and not ascending.

cherry bombs will scare away garbage worms, allowing you to keep your explosive spear from the scav trader.

And you can sneak through wormgrass by holding a Gooieduck I believe, that’s why Scavs carry them in the place where you fo to get to the tree
