Pretty good movie, appreciate the Comedy put into it, well thought out. Bill hader does a great Richie. Loved the scene where they showed the losers beautiful friendship at their reunion at the restaurant. Only thing I have to say that’s negative is that it was pretty long between penny wise scenes. But other than that. Beautiful, funny, dark, and some pretty good jump scares(even if they were pretty predictable). Got the whole cinema scared at the same time. Good reactions.
Jedi Joey everything between was great, the story line stayed beautiful. It’s just that in the miniseries, I understood everything and it was much shorter. What I’m trying to say is that sometimes less is more. But the movie was still great and I’d definitely watch it again.
Alexandra Edwards i agree. it didn’t feel long. IT is more of a story for the Loser’s Club then the actual monster, like most monster or horror movies should be. i think that everything in between was to build and expand the characterization of the Loser’s Club which, in the end, made everything feel more impactful and emotional. i think a movie of this length was necessary for the book.
I didn't find it scary (I've seen so many horror movies so I'm desensitized by now) But even though you don't find it scary it doesn't mean that others can't
I wish they wouldve used Stan more in the marketing, maybe added him to scenes so it wasn't so easy to see what was coming. Obviously if you read the book or watched the old movie you already knew, but I think it would've been a good move
That’s been my thinking too. Child Stan was included way more in press than adult Stan. Kinda gives it away to anyone observant. I watched a “10 things you missed in the trailer” video that didn’t give a spoiler warning and it spoiled that part for me.
I LOVED this movie!!! All the adult Losers did a phenomenal job! Especially Jay Ryan I loved how he played Ben’s longing for Bev it was really heart felt. James also shinned as Bill especially the regret he rediscovers when he returns to Derry when it comes to Georgie’s death. And Bill Hader was spectacular.
To be very honest this movie wasn't that scary but it was very emotional it really brought out the big emotions like sadness and you get really connected to the characters and thenit's just amazing the movie is truly about friendship and how you should stay close to the ones you love and you guys can accomplish anything together.
Coming in to watch the firts IT movie, i never expected the laughs. For this one, i never expected I'd bawl my eyes out in tears. Love the losers club's friendship.
Honestly I love this film so much, it's so good! I love the creepyness and actors and the story line, it's just over all an amazing film. I absolutely love Bill Skarsgard
IT was really touching and heartbreaking.... I never had such feelings about a horror movie and I was never before sorry for the monster if it died... But here I felt sorry somehow for Pennywise...😢💙
Backyard Pix Well, maybe it‘s because I see the actor behind the Clown or maybe it‘s because I knew some adults that the killer clown had should eaten when they were kids...😅😅 (Sorry for my bad English)
Andy Muschietti said he would love to put together a chapter 1&2 director's supercut with extra scenes. And i am living! I can't wait for the deleted scenes. There's so much content in that book.
TH Guy ALOT..he’s making a whole ass 5-6 hour movie with the extended cuts from movie 1 and two combined..like the regular 2017 one but with the cuts added and then the second one with the cuts added as well
Alice Jones when the director Andy releases it...idk what it’ll be on cause he said everything is still being talked over, but it’s probably be like a what every movie comes out in with extended cuts but this one’s just gonna be a lot longer haha
wait oh my mother freaking god the old lady said “no one who dies here ever really dies..” *eddie?!* they were literally talking about a chapter 3 already!
@@satoru556 If you're talking about the movie with Idris Elba, that's not a remake. There was never a previous Dark Tower movie to remake for one and secondly The Dark Tower movie is a take on Stephen's Books, acting as a sequel to the events in the book series. The only thing that movie has in common with the books is The Man in Black and The Gunslinger.
I saw the movie..what a lovely Art and beautiful Movie from stephen king ...its like an adventure..Bill Skarsgard play in his own universe..a very very talented actor for his young age 👏👏👏
People say the movie isn't scary... of course it isn't when you are safely watching the events from a screen, our brain knows that it's not real danger. However, should any of us be in situations like those irl... We are desensitized to the scary factor, but some that are not as used as some of us to scary movies, do get scared at it.
I ever feel like Stephen King feel like is a Adventure with horror and comedy movie than everything and that's really diferent and great (in my opinion)
I like both It 1 & 2, but the 2nd one for sure did not "crank up the horror aspects of It". It was a much less tense, and much less creepy movie. It had a lot more humour and more gross-out moments, definitely less of a horror movie than chapter 1.
Believe me.. they dint show anything in the trailers. the movie is more creepy than horror. like really really creepy. i was most definitely creeped out in the hall.
since the losers are adults now, you can't use the same type of scary, scary with kids can be much more fantastical and imaginative, but with adults the scares have to be more real. more personal. an example being richie's secret. so the scares actually are more deep and profound on a psychological level than omg there's a monster, i'm scared. which is why maybe most ppl will find it 2 actually less scary than the first. the fears the losers feel is different, they're no longer kids with imagination running loose, their fears are psychological, rooted into the real world, like stan dying, richie's secret, eddie being afraid of getting the others killed, lies, betrayal. if you stick on the surface and don't go in deep you won't realise what the scary bits actually are, and as someone said, it takes more of a disturbing note, than outright scary. using stan for example and guiltripping the gang.
The fact that young Eddie, young Ben and young Stanley look just like they’re older selves
Not sure for Ben
Finally they included bill skarsgard in this long trailers campaign..
The movie is amazing.
LMAO!
Yeah
Trash
Weird Guy tf
aztravh yes?
They finally included Skarsgård in the trailer and he had the best thing to say

@@jedijoey3 true
totally agree
The movie was a great ending to IT. Don't go for the horror cause it wasn't scary at all but it was a great cinematic story.
keisha 21 yeah
U know it was scary
There were some scary parts
I didn't find it scary (I've seen so many horror movies so I'm desensitized by now)
But even though you don't find it scary it doesn't mean that others can't
I thought it was more freaky/ creepy than scary but it was really good either way.
I wish they wouldve used Stan more in the marketing, maybe added him to scenes so it wasn't so easy to see what was coming. Obviously if you read the book or watched the old movie you already knew, but I think it would've been a good move

I've fallen into the rabbit hole of Bill Skarsgård and I can't get back up send help
Same I’ll join you
I'm lost somewhere down here too
Omg same wth I thought I'm the only one

I just realize that the old lady is the same actor that played Benny’s grandma in My Babysitter a Vampire
Peyton’s Music Closet 🤭🤭I knew I seen her somewhere
Peyton’s Music Closet hahahah wait omg you’re right i didn’t notice
Peyton’s Music Closet no wonder she was so familiar!!

Just goes to show how they fucked up the character. You really shouldn't feel bad for a child-eating super-clown from outer space.
Backyard Pix Well, maybe it‘s because I see the actor behind the Clown or maybe it‘s because I knew some adults that the killer clown had should eaten when they were kids...😅😅

There was 1 part from the ending scene that make me laugh so hard I couldnt breath. Where rickie got deadlighted.
ME TOO. It was SO unexpected, I lost it.
SAME

Same! And I felt worried because no one laughed, and there I was laughing like crazy
"It was more than just a horror movie, it was also a comedy movie"
"Let's kill this f*cling clown!"
Damn they have to give us the supercut!! I need that in my life
Its not a scary movie it’s a creepy movie

Doctor Strange's brother
THE MOVIE WAS AMAZING.
When they showed Georgie running in the rain and then hitting his head on the barrier...that still had me laughing 😆
When?

Andy Muschietti said he would love to put together a chapter 1&2 director's supercut with extra scenes. And i am living! I can't wait for the deleted scenes. There's so much content in that book.

Literal chills rn I can’t wait to see this movie.!
Richie and Eddie are the best 😍
even from this and a few trailers ive found scenes and moments that werent in the film, i wonder how much was cut and left out

I just want to see bill skarsgard dressed up as penny wise but acting normal
IT got an Avengers Endgame vibe and I loved IT. I also cried at the end. I hope the universe expands or they should remake the dark tower 😎💪💪

This is even better than Jeepers Creepers 3.

I loved the movie so much !!! It wasn’t scary at all to me tho which i don’t mind because i loved the storyline. i want to watch it again.
How i want to see. Part 2😖

Specially the one that plays at 2:00
The movie was Pretty Good
Where were we “behind the scenes”?
Why he slams with his head to the glass 🤔
love it before i was scared like Whaaat
I wish they didnt show most of the scares in the trailers. Kind of ruined the horror aspect for me as I knew what was about to happen
Believe me.. they dint show anything in the trailers. the movie is more creepy than horror. like really really creepy. i was most definitely creeped out in the hall.
Do it number 3
The first one was miles miles better
Why whould a person see a horror movie if they want to relax? Bc thats why people are going to movies
I came up with a genre, this is a jumpscary movie.
They didn't need flashing lights.
That was a big mistake
tornadoe13 I had to close my eyes or look the other way during the movie bc the flashing lights were way too intense
Especially if you have photosensitive epilepsy
