Hello Dear Friends,
In This video we are making atta noodles with our ancestral Nooodle making hand machine. This is a traditional way of making vermicelli and atta noodles at home . I remember my Granny and grandma used to making noodles and vermicelli with hands and sometimes when ever bulk quantity required they used to making noodles and vermicelli with hand machines.
today we are in the era of readymade branded market noodles we are trying to make our own noodles with hand and cook them instantly fresh .
we cooked two types of noodles recipe in this video first one street style tawa chow mien that is way far better healthier and delicious than street chow mien and also a cheese noodle recipe with chicken. in clay pot . this was absolutely amazing and appetizing meal at home .
