    Nice. One of the best lego KRAZ I've ever seen

    Again another really cool model of the kraz 255, I love it because so much funktions in this scale is so great :D

      Thanks! There's space for more functions like a simple gearbox but I decided against it because the drivetrain already had lots of friction. I'll build more models in this scale in the future (with my new 85 mm non-LEGO tires) but also smaller ones because they're really fun to build!

    Meinen Daumen hoch habt Ihr! Da wir auf die gleichen Typen von Fahrzeugen stehen und die Aufnahmen auch genau mein Geschmack sind. Schön funktionales Modell, sieht gut aus 🙂

      ich hab schon mal einen schwarzen Reo gebaut (unser allererstes Video). Der hat aber keine Differentiale... vielleicht bau ich den gleichen nochmal mit nem besseren chassis oder in nem größeren Maßstab mit meinen neuen 85 mm Reifen

    That is really cool! Are the strong custom front wheel hubs stronger than the normal wheel hubs though?

    • @stinkwellexhaustcreations
      @stinkwellexhaustcreations  2 года назад

      Thanks! I don't think they're stronger but since I don't have the new cv-joints (nor the planetary wheel hubs) and the older cv-joints having a very limited steering angle, I wanted to use cardans and that required custom wheel hubs. I used the 92907 parts so that the wheel hubs can't fall apart (I used this type of wheel hub on many MOCs before but used 2 41677 which wasn't that stable).
      Long story short, they work well and are strong, so that's why I used them.

    Cool truck, i love your shoots in the forest. 1:32 :Did you use different gear ratio for the back and for the front ?

    • @stinkwellexhaustcreations
      @stinkwellexhaustcreations  2 года назад +1

      Thank you! Look closely between the 16 and 24 tooth gears in the middle, they are on different axles. I Tried to get as high of a gear ratio as possible (without planetary wheel hubs) and I could get 3 times more reduction in the rear axles (with the horizontal portal hubs), so I had to reduce the front axle before the driveshaft to get the total gear ratio of both axles the same.

      @@stinkwellexhaustcreations thanks, i got it now 🙂. I didnt think of it. It cool idea to split the front and back dif's 👍

    • @stinkwellexhaustcreations
      @stinkwellexhaustcreations  2 года назад +1

      That way I could reduce the torque on the rear driveshafts even more which is a good thing for a heavy model like this
