My family has booked a legender 4x4 and i can't find any proper reviews for it. Please do one of the top model. This was a delight to watch. It truly is impressive in its abilities. Wonder if the legnder 4x4 would be better off road than this one because it looks more fashionable...so we know it's meant to stroll like a leopard in the city...but can it climb around a rocky jungle as well or not....would love one on the legender 4x4...pleasssseeeee
Now that the Legender is also available in 4x4, is that equally capable? Is there any downside in the the Legender as compared to the regular Fortuner 4WD AT? Like maybe a lower ground clearance / angle of approach / departure?
@@Areeb636 does rhe limited slip differential work on 2 wheel mode also? Or only 4 high? I have seen a fortuner spin its rear left tyre while rear right was static. That cannot happen if only limited slip is allowed
@@Areeb636 are you sure you are not referring to the ATRAC traction control system ? Because that's a totally different thing than a limited slip differential mate
@@sukant08 so this entire test is pretty much done on 4 low with traction control off. If you look closely in the video, on some obstacles such as the lateral incline where it's trying to climb up there is some amount of slip on the rear wheel before it gets contained. Also the official Toyota spec sheet categorically mentions the auto LSD. I would have shared it here but not sure how to :)
@@sukant08 You're absolutely correct. The gent here is a brochure reviewer. Sadly, he cannot read even the brochure properly. It clearly says, "Lockable Differential". So, yes, you can lock the rear diff even in 2H. I did it in the Gloster. Shall do it in this one as well. :)

Haha. Why do you need to go "off-road" ?? Just go to any industrial area in India. And you are driving at 5 kmph. We drive on the road at 20 or 25. Btw you are also singing praises but 200 bhp for 3 tonnes is pathetic. The so called off road capabilities are also rubbish. The vehicle can clearly be seen sliding off the sideways incline and also sliding down the slope with wheels locked. If you are interested in advertising for toyota, please apply for marketing job with them. This is a MPV. Great for taking vidhayak to mantralaya. Let's not pretend otherwise. Also wrong color. Mantris like white. The only thing to review is whether the car can permanently be kept on high beams.
Bro i have fortuner and it's capable. Kabhi fortuner chalaya nahi ho toh yahi bologe na . Mera papa ka pass fortuner hai . U don't have any idea about Off road . Both Fortuner and endeavour are capable . And also the roads on which they perform off road are bad roads but in camera road thora normal dikhta hai but when u see these roads in real it is different and fortuner can go through these roads if u take innova u have to put efforts

Legender looks like an egg, yes design wise looks better but practicality leaves it behind

Limited slip differential??? It has a fully lockable differential which is open when not locked. There is no limited slip locking
It gets an Auto Limited Slip Differential. You may want to check again
