I feel we get glimpses of her more calm and subdued in some Outpost events and Neverland... I still want to see what fireworks would happen if Eunhwa and Crow met each other.
There's a similar wholesome one with Neon as well in the armory. I believe it was one of the stories that pops up in the outpost that takes stamina that appears in the armory.

Eunhwa can be wholesome sometimes, she’s a tough walk to break down but every now and then, she has her wholesome moments
And you always get through too her. Even though she says your annoying she like you alot. And she even blushs

Eunhwa and Kilo was surprisingly a wholesome moment at the end and I love that!
