VTP bahut unethical builder hai. Chor hai. They were trying to dupe me of 3 lakhs when i cancelled my booking within 15 days as per RERA rule. After 4-5 months and multiple visits and emails and calls they gave the money back after i engaged RERA. People shud avoid VTP

No guts in developer to answer to buyer as builder has done mess and manipulations.. No substantial counter evidence against complainant...in fact the buyer should send legal notice to builder about threatening him ...
File a civil/consumer suit against the builder leveraging his own notice as an acceptance of the complaints and for defamation suit as a threat to deter the plaintiff from demanding justice. Along with that demand forensic audit of their all projects & proof of their brand image claims attested by government authorities in each of the jurisdictions in which they do business especially international to justify the grounds on which defamation notice was issued.
