- Ah Lian finds out if Singaporeans go for health screening. If you are 40 and above, you can get subsidised health screening with Screen for Life, or even free when you enrol in Healthier SG. Visit go.gov.sg/34ivnu to see which tests you qualify for! #ScreenForLife #HealthierSG

😂

Thanks for supporting our boss!
Troublesome . Still recall that stupid hospital khoo tay puat....misdiagnosed wrongly on so many ppl that they had cancer.....what a heck...
Anyone feel that 'Just go to this link' at 4:55 sounds very similar to Karen Ngiao? Esp the 'this link' with the inunciation of the 'k' sound and added emphasis on 'this'. HAHAHAHA
Okay la, Ah Lian you also do regular health screening? Every 6month or one year? People all scare, no screening like no sick, go screening later here sick there sick. People all worried. Premium Lian, I see you super healthy, confirm you got do regular health screening.
Yes our boss is super healthy!
Even if one eats healthy, balanced, and right portion, exercises regularly like strength training to slowed lean muscle loss as one age. Things can still go wrong. However, your body and mind are in a better shape to deal with injuries and illness. Regular health checks and screening are good habits. But if you eat whatever you want, overeat, overindulge, love high sodium, fat, and sugar diet, always have excuse not to exercise. You are leading a lifestyle to high-risk chronic illness. Even regular exercise cannot run a poor diet.
Good advice!
