this was awesome!! I'm getting my prospect this fall/winter, and I've been so anxious about Universal with her when she's old enough. super helpful for Mt future knowledge
It was a learning experience for me! I only see videos/posts made on the Disney Disability pass and the universal website doesn’t explain it good enough. I’m so glad I could help!!
With going to the front to get your return time.. do you just politely push past people? Or just walk around the entire line? I hate not knowing what to do in front of people!😅
Knowing exactly what happens in the ride with that detailed description is great for those with sensory disabilities/young kids too! As far as the return time, when you arrive to the entrance of the ride (before even getting in line) there is a team member who stands there directing you to the different ride lines “regular line, express line, and single rider line” you present the AAP and they sign it right there. You don’t have to walk through any line ques until you return to actually get on! Once you return, you present the team member with the pass and they initial it, then direct you to the appropriate line (normally always express line) or show you to the separate disability line if you need an elevator
You go to guest services and tell them you need a Attraction Assistance Pass. They'll ask you why it would help you, and you explain to them your disability/symptoms and how you use a service dog. If they think you will benefit from it, they'll issue a pass
