This is the cable that came with your ipod. You can get it from any store with an electronics area. The ipod cable plugs directly to the usb hub. There are several aftermarket options available if your Honda did not come with this option.
Did you get the black USB cable that connects the white USB cable to the USB hub when you purchased the car or did you get it separately? Mine didn't come with that black USB cable when I got the car. Thanks

Yes this should work as long as you have the usb connector...if you do not have the connector you can still attach your ipod, iphone, etc via the aux cable
Mine was doing that for months and I thought my cord was broken. Come to find out the Apple Music app got deleted somehow. I redownloaded it and played a song. Then just like that my Spotify works again! Try playing a song from your Apple Music. It worked for me. Thank you Spotify users for finding that solution for me!
@@han8387 yes. As long as you have one song in your Apple Music and can play it. Spotify should work. Sometimes I have to play the song before it lets me use Spotify. Sometimes it just says device unsupported. It’s rather irritating

Everything on the dash looks the same, I can still choose what song I want, but it doesn't play anymore. Any idea why this has happened all of a sudden???? Please help!

Today I got in my car and turned on my stereo with the iPod plugged in the USB in the arm rest as usual and it played just fine. I make one stop get back in the car and all of a sudden get a message saying "version not supported". I then tried to use my phone and it still said not supported. Please help!!!!!

For anyone who wants to connect their device just simply connect your personal charger to the USB black cable and click CD/AUX and there you go!

For this having trouble with iPhone, to fix mine I can only use Apple Music and play songs I have downloaded.
