եղրևանիների հավաքածուի կազմում գերակշռում է Եղրևանի սովորական (Syringa vulgaris L.) տեսակը՝ իր բազմաթիվ սորտերով, որոնք աչքի են ընկնում ծաղիկների ամենատարբեր գունավորմամբ, ծաղկման տարբեր ժամկետներով և տևողությամբ: Այս հատվածը այցելուների կողմից սիրված և այգու ամենահրապուրիչ վայրերից է:
The Lilac collection in Yerevan Botanical Garden was established in the 1960s by E.Lavchyan and occupies approximately 0.7 hectares. It features numerous varieties of Common Lilac (Syringa vulgaris L.), which is the predominant species in the collection that has been developed over several decades. The collection is known for its diverse flower colors, as well as its varying flowering periods and durations. It is considered one of the
most beloved and captivating areas within the Garden.
