Is this tone 5 stichiraric or papadic?

I'd say plagal 1st sticheraric. The pace and word length is too short for a papadic hymn. Also, while it isn't an absolute, papadic intonations/apchimatha are much longer than the one used here, particularly for plagal 1st mode, too.
