This is so important, I had the cliche one really close black friend as a kid, in a sea of white people. We treated him like everyone else and him us. All our friends talked mad shit about each other in a joking, brotherly way. So we treated him like one of us, because he was. We made fun of his dad not being in the home. He made fun of our mom's inability to season food properly ect ect. The worst thing we could have done was talk shit about everyone in the group but him. That would have made him feel like he didn't belong.
I'm someone widowed young. I've found widows and the grieving joke about death the most. Morbid humor gets you through tragedy. Comedians also get society through life's tragedies and struggles. Some people just need to bend over, reach back and pull out the stick. It would serve them well.
Agree with you completely, people with disabilities are often ignored and end up feeling like they are invisible, i bet you those women had the best time ever, you get it like Matt does ❤
Wonderful insight Cliff. Persons with disabilities are not wanting the kid-glove treatment most people give them. Being treated equal is not a bad thing. Its recognition they too are humans equal to all other humans.
Matt is the new up and coming comedian that's gonna go FAR! He has been plugging away in the entertainment business since he was 17. I think he is a genius and I love his comedy! Great reaction, Cliff!
He's literally doing what you're supposed to, some like anybody else. Equal treatment for all, matt rife is killin it ☝🏽 hope to make it to one of his shows
Matt is getting "canceled"... How exciting! You know someone is really making it big when people are scared or jealous of his talent. He doesn't "roast" people in a bad way, his way of including people in his show, making people laugh with his ability to do this with so much love and respect is amazing!
Couldn't agree with you more. I'm a past victim of domestic violence and was not offended. As you said, we NEED to laugh sometimes at the dark stuff. And for those who don't resonated with it, they can simply not watch comedy like this. Subbed!
I totally enjoy comedy and as a mother of a deaf don and a severely hard of hearing husband, I was not offended by anything Matt Riffe said! Your reaction was great and spot on! Thank you!❤
This had me in stitches. I’m belly laughing on a walk by myself through town. I’m sure people are looking at me funny. And honestly I don’t care. This is gold. Also, I agree with you, comedy should be riding the line, and making fun. It’s all jokes. He’s just doing his job. In no way do I condone domestic violence, but I feel like brand of humor, touches on everything, and makes fun of everybody equally
Cliff, it's so funny....last week is the first time I saw Matt's videos and I've been binging ever since. Anyway, when I heard him laugh hard, when he throws his head back, it reminded me of your laugh. Both hearty, fun and full of life! 🥰 I appreciate you posting his work.
The worst thing about this is that it’s the people who have nothing to do with it that complain the most….. I bet the ladies in this show just enjoyed being treated like everyone else and not laugh at themselves for once…..
Lol right people need to get those corn cobs out of and have some fun. Laughing is the best medicine it helps us all cope. Thanks for reacting to Matt he really is hilarious
Now this is what I wanted to see as I really never hear much about deaf people being included or excluded etc , mute / deaf people just seem to be forgotten so often and I’m even trying to get it pushed in schools so it’s better for all really but I’m glad they are finally getting treated just like everyone else .
His 1st special Only Fans was hilarious! His 2nd special Matthew Steven Rife was hilarious & the ending of it proves just how amazing of a person he is! Now his 3rd special Natural Selection is also hilarious! Anyone that truly appreciates stand up comedy will find him hilarious 😂
Matt don’t discriminate he treats everyone the same! If your deaf, Blind, Black, White, Asian, Gay, Straight, They, Them! He goes in on everyone the same! He is a super compassionate person who don’t deserve all the hate he gets! He is an absolute Gem 💎 of a human and a magnificent comedian
He said it himself in one of his shows (forget which one), we need to be able to make fun of dark/bad stuff because otherwise it's just negative. This dude is hilarious :D
in my experience people with disabilities appreciate it when someone treats them as any other, as they would treat a friend. they're sick and tired of everybody walking on eggshells around them so when somebody just actually talks to them and jokes around with them they love it. the best disablility jokes i ever heard were from people with disabilities.
Unfortunately people these days have absolutely no sense of humor. Everyone is just always looking for something to be offended by. Just another way for them to become a victim. GROW A PAIR PEOPLE. Keep up the great work Cliff, and Matt!
My mom used her hearing impairment to her advantage as often (or more) as we did. She’s ALMOST deaf (completely in one ear and has “25%” left in the other, if she lost a LITTLE more she’d qualify for ocular implants instead of the ridiculously expensive crap hearing aides she has). I learned sign language growing up, but not fluently as my mom didn’t either. She reads lips VERY well. Tip- I want a fig newton looks like something VERY different reading lips (my brother’s friend used to mess with her saying it while whispering). On the flip side, if she wanted to ignore you, she had a switch to flip on her ear for that 😂. Long-winded people never even knew, she’d look like she scratched an itch and just nod when their mouth stopped moving. Downside? She loves music as much as I do and we both sing all the time… VERY BIG difference in quality… but hey, makes her happy, I didn’t complain. Just let her know what she was too loud, we developed some of our own gestures for common things like that so she’d know/understand quickly. What’s weird is I picked up lip reading too and I can’t watch anything with talking without captions- it looks wrong and I feel like I’m missing so much of what they’re saying. Mom made jokes herself because her brother is blind and her sister was so incredibly shy and quiet she referred to all of them as the 3 monkeys- see, hear, and speak no evil 😂. Occasionally even sang the song if you can call it that. (I love her SO much, not being mean I swear, it’s just true). The only thing she gets mad about is when she TELLS people she can’t hear and she needs to read their lips, and they still cover them, turn their head all over the place/look down, try to talk louder (because it helps lip reading ofc 🤦), and/or barely move their lips/open their mouths like they just took a huge bite of a sandwich and had started chewing right before they started talking and now they’re trying not to let anyone see the food in their mouth or let any food fall out. If you don’t enunciate (which requires moving your damn lips) no one can read your lips. Why keep talking if you’re going to do these NOT EVEN SLIGHTLY DIFFICULT things? Just get someone else or, for real, Write It Down. She would rather hear jokes for days than try to suffer idiots gladly.
My friend for over 40 years is deaf and thinks this is brilliant. A family member in a wheelchair loves Matt's jokes. Before you get all offended by anything he says, find out how the people he's talking about feel.
Similar to the NARCAN incident, there was a women who had an epileptic episode and he was so helpful with her to make sure she was okay. Then of course, he ripped on her which she laughed about it.
I worked at a center where we produced documents in braille for blind people. Those blind customers are the best and have a great sense of humor! They loved being treated like others who aren't blind. Their obvious one would be, "I didn't see that coming!" So, from personal experience, all the extra sensitive assholes that take fake offense on behalf of those who don't take it themselves, need to just shut up!
Everyone is offended by everything. It’s a comedy show. Leave him alone. He isn’t out to hurt anyone. He treats everyone the same. I do stand up comedy myself and be inspired me to continue doing it! Listen to his interviews you will know he is a good guy!
Completely different disability but my sis is below knee amputee. We make jokes all the time. She went to a hospital appointment and saw someone with the other leg missing. She asked if they wanted to go halves on some trainers/sneakers 😂😂😂
So Cliff, after watching your previous video about Matt Rife having people calling for him to be cancelled, because I have never heard him before, I listened to this video. I reiterate from the lat video that he should not be cancelled. Not quite, but in a way he reminds me of the great Don Rickles. I thought that Rickels was awesome. I think that in time, people will get Matt. This type of comedy is not for everyone. Those who don't like it perhaps might focus on comedians whose comedy they appreciate. Peace
Sup Cliff, I frickin love Matt! I could totally hang with him and I would love to have him insult me. Grew up on that and my friends and I still cut up like that too
Hey it just showed it in the clip lol..... believe me he was not about to enter the crowd to get the narcan.... people passed it back and threw it up to someone on the balcony lol :) He's still a funny fella and will never be cancelled!
People would have an epic meltdown if they heard George Carlin, Richard Pryor, Eddie Murphy and I could go on. Matt actually includes the handicap into his shows and they love it! They aren't offended, at all, but other people are offended for them. It's so asinine.
Just watched the joke & whether the situation is made up or not the punchline...no pun intended, is clearly unserious. He was testing the crowd to see where their line was and how far he will be able to push things over the course of the set.
Anyone getting upset about anything aren't informed on the person or subject matter period. They're just looking for something to get upset about. Nobody has any right to tell others what they're allowed to enjoy. This is the weirdest power/control dynamic being done in the name of wholesomeness while the very actions themselves are tyrannical and self righteous.
yeah... he fucked up.... he got up on the pony and bit the hand that feed him. If your audience is 80% femenine , dude... read the audience they actually PAYS to see him perform. and the "apology" linkin to a special kids page.... he is digging his own grave and tossing flowers on top of it all by him self
His adult female audience understand comedy and thought his apology was hilarious. He made it clear, those with sticks up their rear ends, he doesn't want nor need in his audience. The rest of his grown audience agrees.
You're exactly who's the part of the problem, "cancel" controversy will just sell more tickets. So kind of well done for putting more money in his pocket 👏👏👏👏 And FYI....? He's not going to F you, get over it and go watch some Tom n Jerry.
If people is still upset at this shit, they need to just not watch at all. People, sorry, these “WOMEN” that TRIED to cancel him, just made him more popular than before. The MATURE people liked his special, liked the jokes, loooooove his dark humor and LOVES to laugh. So much shit going on and people more worried about a JOKE that he made. Life is too short! I rather laugh about trauma than to be miserable and try to “cancel” someone which backfired on them FAST
Does he do any actual jokes or does he just roast the crowd the whole time every time, don't get me wrong crowd work is important in comedy just seems like that's all he does
Matt is actually treating the deaf women like he would anyone else. That is what we should do. No disrespect from Matt at all.
This is so important, I had the cliche one really close black friend as a kid, in a sea of white people. We treated him like everyone else and him us. All our friends talked mad shit about each other in a joking, brotherly way. So we treated him like one of us, because he was. We made fun of his dad not being in the home. @@alaniasdruid8616 exactly.
Matt a wonderful man love him and his comedy
you can tell they loved to be included in his jokes, best crowd work comedian out.
I'm someone widowed young. I've found widows and the grieving joke about death the most. Morbid humor gets you through tragedy. Comedians also get society through life's tragedies and struggles. Some people just need to bend over, reach back and pull out the stick. It would serve them well.

Totally agree. Yes!
Ralphie May Gave Him His Start & Was His Icon & I Love That He’s Carrying On The Legacy Of Roasting Everyone In His Own Way!!
Guarantee that every one of the deaf people in this video loved the way he included them just like he would have anybody else.
Matt is the new up and coming comedian that's gonna go FAR! He has been plugging away in the entertainment business since he was 17. I think he is a genius and I love his comedy! Great reaction, Cliff!
I just watched it...but I'll watch it again! Thanks to Matt for treating people with disabilities the same way as everyone else! ❤
He's literally doing what you're supposed to, some like anybody else. Equal treatment for all, matt rife is killin it ☝🏽 hope to make it to one of his shows
Matt is getting "canceled"... How exciting!
You know someone is really making it big when people are scared or jealous of his talent.

I love and respect Matt Rife. I'm glad you're making these videos about Matt Rife’s comedy.
Couldn't agree with you more. I'm a past victim of domestic violence and was not offended. As you said, we NEED to laugh sometimes at the dark stuff. And for those who don't resonated with it, they can simply not watch comedy like this. Subbed!
Matt includes EVERYONE!! He is hysterically funny and fast on his feet!!😂😂😂😂
❤😂 omg i laughed so much at this! Brilliant! The world need to lighten up!! Love ya Cliff! ❤
I am so happy you decided to keep your channel Cliff! Thanks :)
I totally enjoy comedy and as a mother of a deaf don and a severely hard of hearing husband, I was not offended by anything Matt Riffe said!

People are so thin skinned these days . People with disabilities don’t want treated different than everyone else , good for Matt
Cliff, it's so funny....last week is the first time I saw Matt's videos and I've been binging ever since. Anyway, when I heard him laugh hard, when he throws his head back, it reminded me of your laugh. Both hearty, fun and full of life! 🥰
I appreciate you posting his work.
Best part is that deaf lady was probably laughing hella hard. 😂❤

I saw him live recently. Absolutely hilarious.
My newest fav comic. So glad you shared these. He's so quick and clever❤
Yes, a good Matt Rife video done by Cliff Beatz...Best Start to the Day!!! Thank you!!!
His 1st special Only Fans was hilarious! His 2nd special Matthew Steven Rife was hilarious & the ending of it proves just how amazing of a person he is! Now his 3rd special Natural Selection is also hilarious! Anyone that truly appreciates stand up comedy will find him hilarious 😂
watched this when I woke up....now gonna see your reaction..........shout out from South Africa bru
"you don't hear the deaf community saying anything" 💀💀💀 🤣
As a woman who wears hearing aids and is hearing impaired I thank Matt for including us in his shows
This video had me thinking about the Deaf Gynecologist joke, what do you call a deaf Gynecologist... A lip reader!
Matt only gone to get better if it's possible
Still my favorite reaction channel! Great job Cliff, keep up the amazing work!
He called her a def leppard bahahahaha
Matt is awesome!! People should just relax and have some fun. And I agree with you 💯
Matt don’t discriminate he treats everyone the same!
If your deaf, Blind, Black, White, Asian, Gay, Straight, They, Them!
He goes in on everyone the same!
He is a super compassionate person who don’t deserve all the hate he gets!
He is an absolute Gem 💎 of a human and a magnificent comedian
I grew up watching the Dean Martin Roasts, Don Rickles, Joan Rivers, Red Foxx, Richard Pryor, Dice Clay....that's comedy!
Great video, I am glad that most of the other comedians are supporting Matt.
Absolutely loved this reaction.
I really like this young man. He is like the Harry Mack of comedy.
This was special. 😂😂😂. Thank you Cliff.
He said it himself in one of his shows (forget which one), we need to be able to make fun of dark/bad stuff because otherwise it's just negative. This dude is hilarious :D
Agree totaly❤

the best disablility jokes i ever heard were from people with disabilities.
I am too serious too often.. I give leeway only when I recognize comedy being performed.
Thanks for doing this one :)
Glad to see ur still Makin vids ❤
Matt's a treasure chest rife with laughs
I’m hearing impaired (hearing aids in both ears since I was 4) & his deaf jokes are hilarious!
Dude... i remember Dean Martin celebrity roasts on public tv . Those were fun...
Unfortunately people these days have absolutely no sense of humor. Everyone is just always looking for something to be offended by. Just another way for them to become a victim. GROW A PAIR PEOPLE. Keep up the great work Cliff, and Matt!

You should watch some deaf shows! The sense of humour is awesome :) Oh oh! Sean Forbes' "I'm deaf" song video is great!
My friend for over 40 years is deaf and thinks this is brilliant. A family member in a wheelchair loves Matt's jokes. Before you get all offended by anything he says, find out how the people he's talking about feel.
He is great

Is it clymidia? Damn Matt haha
Yeah I've seen some of Matt's stuff. He seems like a sweet guy.
Everyone is offended by everything. It’s a comedy show. Leave him alone. He isn’t out to hurt anyone. He treats everyone the same. I do stand up comedy myself and be inspired me to continue doing it! Listen to his interviews you will know he is a good guy!
Gran trabajo 👌
Completely different disability but my sis is below knee amputee. We make jokes all the time. She went to a hospital appointment and saw someone with the other leg missing. She asked if they wanted to go halves on some trainers/sneakers 😂😂😂
Man you gotta do some Stavros Halkia crowdwork comps.
We have to learn to laugh at ourselves more
So Cliff, after watching your previous video about Matt Rife having people calling for him to be cancelled, because I have never heard him before, I listened to this video. To respond to your question about the bell my dear, ... YES! There is still a BELL for the notifications! ❤❤❤
My only beef with Matt is like the beef with Knox. Once I "recognize you as attractive I can't stop comparing you to how much you "distract" me lol
You missed the Medical Support Dog one before this video
Sup Cliff, I frickin love Matt! I could totally hang with him and I would love to have him insult me. Grew up on that and my friends and I still cut up like that too
Ok...we need a deaf comedian with an ASL interpreter for the croud
Buen trabajo 👍
He came to Indianapolis a couple months ago and my cousin and I went..... it was fun but someone od'd a few seats behind us so that was new.
Hey it just showed it in the clip lol..... believe me he was not about to enter the crowd to get the narcan.... people passed it back and threw it up to someone on the balcony lol :) He's still a funny fella and will never be cancelled!
He was pretty funny here.
I love that you said the world needs to stop being so soft.. Amen.
It's ok people have gone soft back in the day people used to get away with half murder😂
People would have an epic meltdown if they heard George Carlin, Richard Pryor, Eddie Murphy and I could go on. Matt actually includes the handicap into his shows and they love it! They aren't offended, at all, but other people are offended for them. It's so asinine.

Hey Cliff, could you check out "Josh Blue - the perks of being disabled" i know you'll enjoy it
Anyone getting upset about anything aren't informed on the person or subject matter period. They're just looking for something to get upset about. Nobody has any right to tell others what they're allowed to enjoy. This is the weirdest power/control dynamic being done in the name of wholesomeness while the very actions themselves are tyrannical and self righteous.
I thought you quit lol
Disabled people like being treated like people.
Matt ain't right.. and I love him for it.. too funny.. Ppl that take offense.. GOODBYE.. comedy is comedy.. let it go and enjoy..
It’s simple. If u can’t handle a joke don’t watch.
#Algoboost
How can't you laugh at this, the world needs to be less soft.
Can you guys believe that some yt-rs have tried to actually "prove" that he had plastic surgery to look good! It's pathetic to say the least.
yeah... he fucked up.... he got up on the pony and bit the hand that feed him. If your audience is 80% femenine , dude... read the audience they actually PAYS to see him perform. and the "apology" linkin to a special kids page....
