Dabi/Touya assumed he was being replaced and ignored, but really Endeavor was doing it to prevent him from being further injured by his quirk and started to train Shoto which only furthered the feelings of abandonment and whatever have you 👍

why is Midoriya always surprised, when he sees todorokis backstory? Shoto himself told about getting that scar...which means he told about abuse in his family as well
