Mr Rowan was such a stand up man, that I felt compelled to Google his name and see what he was up to these days. It brought a tear to my eye to sadly see that he just recently passed away on October 25, 2022. What a terrible loss for all of his children and grandchildren. He was only 58 and seemed like such a loving, caring person. Only the good die young.
That is sad. That's the same day I lost my father in law. But thank you for that information. I will be keeping his family in my prayers along with my father in law.

@@NLI45 the obituary didn't state how he passed but I thought maybe he had some type of health problems or he wouldn't have been allowed to wear sunglasses in court.

For someone who doesn't do birth certificates, Mr Rowan has certainly impressed me. He doesn't do birth certificates but he does daddy very well.
Like idk... he doesn't have to be on the birth certificate to do the most. He was there as a father and he stepped up without child support requiring him too. So in this case, it's not him running by not signing. Idk why he didn't just sign it but whatever, he still did what he should.
So sad he passed away in 2022

Mr Rowan is a good man. I like how he didn't treat the young lady any different even after the mom said that wasn't his daughter and he still loves the daughter and forgave the mother. He said u coming home too and we still going to be a family, that was shocking, but very loving of him

Crazy how that woman sat up there with a straight face and lied about that birth certificate to the judge and I’m glad she called her bluff. Why lie about something that could easily be verified. That girl and everbody around that woman have likely suffered because of her lies and she flat out cannot be trusted.
Her face when the judge asked for the birth certificate to be pulled in for evidence. I was dying. I knew right then and there that she was lying about it.

Im usually on the woman's side no matter how many men they were with because it takes guts to come here and lay it all out there.... but most are honest that there are other possibilities... not this woman... ive only seen a few women straight up lie and say "no he's the only one I was ever with" and this woman just.... she takes the cake. She is a very toxic person and I hope her daughter does better for her children than what was done to her. She already went on a good path by cutting out her mom so she can't do more damage.

I hate to break it to the mother in the first case, but she has a lot of nerve and needs a reality check. Threatening to leave her husband who's not the father of five of her six kids that he takes care of. She better put whatever she's smoking down and understand that not many will take care of that many kids that are not theirs. He has the leverage in that relationship, and she needs to be humbler and more tolerant of his shortcomings. News flash: You are not a prize with six kids that belong to somebody(s) else.
and someone even single cheating or taken might not be either like you.

Meh. The saddest part of that case was seeing how he was taking his issues out on that poor baby. How the baby bonds with both parents his first year of life is crucial. He obviously has an attachment disorder already and that baby can feel that man’s energy. That man was so resentful of his entire life it was seeping out of him and he just sounded miserable with excuse after excuse. He could have had a paternity test done on that baby a long time ago without having to go to court so that all that time wasn’t wasted. I don’t care if he’s taking care of her and all her other kids. He damaged that baby and it was unnecessary. He didn’t do anything for his own situation or for that innocent baby. He chose to stew in resentment. He should have been court ordered to research what happens to babies that experience that the first year of life. 😤

I don't remember seeing mine until I was 20 or 21 (applying for a couple of months' State benefits between the end of a job and the start of full time higher education).
I knew where it was kept, and possibly saw it before I was 20 but I don't remember it.

A “broken” home does not equal a broken person. There are many women who step in as step-mother for children raised by single fathers as well.

I can't believe they let Mr. Rowan wear sunglasses during his case. Unless you're legally blind, I think it's disrespectful, even though I know that wasn't his intent. He's a good guy. Most courts wouldn't allow it. With that said, I love Judge Lake. She's a fair, kind and loving woman.
Photophobia is a real medical condition with damaging consequences. Maybe he had those glasses on because exposure to light causes him to have medical issues. I used to react violently to light at times, to the extent I had to be hospitalised depending on the circumstances and take a 3 inch needle stabbed into my stomach with force to calm the symptoms, so I know a little about it.
Whether this is a real court or not the backroom staff would’ve checked his medical history and ongoing medical conditions prior to filming and advised on courtroom decorum.
On that basis I don’t understand your comment at all. I find it weird and judgemental. You’ve no idea why he had those glasses on but your first assumption was to think of the worst possible reason. Assuming the worst about a person is far more disrespectful.

Mr. Gambowa had every right to feel what he felt. Walking in on a MAN sleeping on your wife’s bed, is a no. The paternity test should have been done when the baby was born so he could have been there emotionally for his son. I believe his doubt was justified but they should have tested sooner

First case: that man ain’t trying to bond with any of the kids whether they are his or not. Some people are just better providers and lack in the daddy department.
