Man who the hell cuts down an entire stair case?! That's just the most random thing I've seen in an abandoned property. It's a shame these places get trashed by people up to no good. Thanks for exploring Ethan!
I have been driving by that dump for nearly 3 decades. I suspected some drug stuff 15 years ago. There was a second vehicle in the yard last year I believe, Still. I noticed it seemed to disappear after an urbex vid was posted. Maybe a coincidence. The 70s retro house next door seems unchanged . Quite a few empty houses Along that stretch. Also , The boarded up, empty houses, at the next major road, east and north side of that road, are finally gone. I believe you went thru the 2 story retro one, across from the high school. If not yourself, a fellow urbexer. I'd wanted to explore the outside atleast, awhile back. Never did. I always watch your videos, Ethan. You've got integrity, you explore absolutely amazing locations, and you respect and care about the places you visit. Keep up the good work!
Thank you Ethan for braving the cold and the wild animals. Noticed tracks in the snow when you walked out of first house and was almost expecting an animal. That first house was probably nice in its day. At least maybe they were salvaging the staircase. Basement quite creepy. Second house was a disaster. I don’t normally say this but bring on the bulldozer for that one. Thanks for this repeat. Going to look for video of your first explore now. There’s nothing like spending the day out in the cold then going home to a roaring fire and hot chocolate. Keep up the good work and stay safe.
Hey Ethan, thanks for braving the freezing cold to bring us this interesting video!!! I'm in Southern California so it never gets that cold here!!! I really enjoy your channel & the adventures you take us on. On to 100k subscribers!!! Happy Holidays!!! 🤶⛄🎄
Great video Ethan. I had to go back and rewatch the first time you explored the first house in this video, and aside from the stairs and stone in the kitchen being ripped out, so was the two small murals on the backsplash in the kitchen. Such a shame that homes would be left in this condition to just sit and decay!
OMG, you’re such a trooper! I’ve never seen a coyote in my life, but, I can promise you, I’d be running I’d be running away just like you did! Every time I watch your videos I’m sitting at the edge of my seat not knowing what’s coming up next. Too bad about the first house. I would’ve loved to have seen the upstairs. The second house was too trashed yet I did recognize the lilac paint as being the same I had in my bedroom growing up. I wonder if you ever think about encountering people in any of the houses you explore? Please be careful! Merry Christmas to you and your family!
Glad to see you were warmly dressed. It's a shame the homes were trashed. You really should have someone with you. The house can be dangerous and jeepers coyotes!
Ethan, The first home wasn't to bad but the second home was creepy and in really bad condition. Thank you for going out on frigid days to show us these homes.
Such a good guy. Coat and gloves! I am so proud of you.😁😂. We are so happy you explore these places for us to see. Sun room definitely added on. Looks like it was built on top of the patio.
First house is cool. Stupid vandals taking the stairs out. Damn them. Second house is creepy. I remember a car in the front yard. Didn't see the coyote, I went back a couple of times but didn't see it. I hate the cold too Ethan. We do appreciate the time and all weather for your videos.
Thank you for sharing this revisit and braving the frigid cold. I totally agree too, I hate the cold that's why I live in the south. You need to get yourself some thermals. Stay safe and try to stay warm
Hi Ethan we don't have coyotes in Australia the only thing we have in Australia that is classed as a wild dog in Australia is the Dingos thank you for sharing your video it's a shame that the stairs were tore down
I would say the Dingo is very close to our Coyotes as far as looks, however Wolves here in the US and Canada are worse and would say their aggressiveness (the wolf) is similar to your Dingo.
Hi from wisconsin! I love your tours, they provide relaxation and lots of ideas what ro do and what not to do when designing homes. I designed one in 2001 and thot it was so modern, and now i find its more 1980 s style!!! ( It was a wonderful home, tho, an earthberm.) Of all the homes, i like this first home the best for comfort and accessability! This was a beautiful home! Maybe they salvaged the staircase as you said it was nice. It looks like they will widen the streets. Too much traffic out there..... ... You are appreciated!
I saw your 40 million dollar video series. They were awesome. These houses don't even come close in comparison😂. I appreciate you and all you do for us. Stay warm! Hello from the North Carolina. My temperature is 42 fahrenheit. Lived where it was cold and don't plan on doing that again. Thank you!💕💕💕
It’s so sad for people trashing vacant houses. I get scared for you sometimes. You never know what your gonna encounter with these type of properties. Thanks for showing us.
Hi Ethan The first home wasn’t too bad. Why would anyone take out the staircase leading to the second floor. Also why destroy the kitchen walls taking down the walls in there. That basement was creepy. The second house is a total loss. The vandals were certainly there. All the rooms were creepy and messy. No I missed the COYOTE. I replayed it back twice but I guess you turned the camera away to fast. Ethan also be careful walking around these places when there is snow on the ground because you never know if there is an Inground pool that you may not see. You said yourself you didn’t remember this place so it’s something to keep in the back of your mind. Glad to see you are wearing a coat and gloves. Thank you Ethan for bringing us along on this exploration. It was interesting. Stay safe well and warm.
Thanks so much for braving this freezing weather and overly-trashed homes to film these! Love the way you take us through these once beautiful homes, describing everything - gotta wonder what's wrong with these characters who are out to trash everything. I'm guessing this property is being held under speculation until the owner can get mega $$$ for it. I think that someone thought they might find drugs (or something) behind those bricks the way they were ripped off the wall. I've been told that Coyotes tend to mind their own business, but I'd feel the same way as you - better to stay clear of them - but next time, walk, don't run.
I can sympathise with you Ethan because we have heavy frost and a dusting of snow and its very cold. Love the sun room, nice door from the kitchen. I did not see the cayote but it was entertaining. You did not allow your camera to focus on it long enough so see. Thanks for the video.
Coyote attacks on humans are extremely rare. We have coyotes where I live and they don’t bother humans and will usually just run away. The same can’t be said for small pets that they view as prey! You are way more likely to get hurt in one of these houses.
Definitely need a heated toboggan and heated gloves! Thanks for doing what you do! Love your channel…the best!❤️ Looking forward to celebrating 100k with you soon!🤩
What a mess. I remember the first house because the oven was in the basement instead of the kitchen which is just weird. Anyway stay warm and thanks for sharing
@Abandoned Urbex Canada did this house also 10 months ago when it was a bit more intact. I guess somebody needed a set of stairs for their new home . Some people will take anything . At least it is being re-used instead of heading for the dump.
Love your channel! You should invest in a heated vest and gloves. I have both as I am a school bus driver in Ohio and it definitely makes it easier to do my job with keeping me warm. 😊
To me it looks like someone was looking for something BEHIND brick, walls, cut outs on the fireplace, etc. Who knows drugs, money, documents, who knows??
Glad you are dressed warm but only you would do that for us. I love revisiting these houses to see destruction that had been done I the US that destruction and writing all over the walls and Windows would have all been broken
Hey Ethan...what is wrong with people ,that they have to smash everything up 😡🤷♀️...a whole staircase..really 🙉...was frightened for you in both those houses....thanks for going out in the snow, did look pretty cool ,we got snow in England at the moment ...stay safe, well and warm ..love you Ethan 🤞😘💋
What is so ironic rhat Brent another explor just recently did a video on that exact same house and it wasn't trashed like that infact he commented on the staircase and how he worked for a company and made that open style of stairs and he also went into the basement and took a couple of punches from the hanging punching bag, so all that destruction was pretty recent I'm sure you would be able to find that video
Why are you alone? This place is scary now. Coyote? What coyote? 2nd house is even worse.... I love you Ethan and most of your videos. You might want to get yourself checked in.....I mean out......Coyote? No coyote....
I’ve seen someone else check this place out too. The truck is missing from the 2nd house (the drug dealers house). You can see the ventilation that is put in the exterior walls in 2 of the bedrooms. Probably growing weed. 😂
Sad to say that these homes that you were visiting here are so badly damaged by other individuals that came through. It’s just terrible and I just don’t understand that way of thinking Why they have to be so destructive To the home. 😢
That's so stupid how anyone could take the staircase away so you can't get to the second floor anymore. It makes me want to say F word because of that. If I were them I would just leave the staircase alone to be demolished with the rest of the house. If the zoning commission wanted to make a new bigger house they can..
Bricks are expensive now. We had my sister hire a handyman for my father’s house who had Alzheimer’s . Toby. Master carpenter.😢🤮. He tried to load up the bricks from my dads house. I am not a assertive person. My sister calls the shots. That was WW3. That house is being stripped. If they keep ripping out the bricks the house will land on their head. Tough.
Man who the hell cuts down an entire stair case?! That's just the most random thing I've seen in an abandoned property. It's a shame these places get trashed by people up to no good. Thanks for exploring Ethan!
Love your channel, Ethan! We appreciate you going out in the cold and documenting these properties before they're gone.
Unbelievable how people trash houses. Thank you so much Ethan. You are the best. Stay safe, and go get warm. Blessings to you, always.

Thanks for exploring in the cold Ethan!!! Your a trooper!! Good man! 🥰🥰🥰
Man agree with u with the beginning! Revisits are interesting, and I also FRIGggin HATE the cold!!
I like ur way of maintaining the channel I also reply to everything I get! Not that there comes much

Merry xmas! ❤🎄🌟😀 The 70s homes are trashed. The stairs ugh! 😣 Cool video. You find cool retro stuff. ❤🏠🏚😊
Love your vids! Ethan, you crack me up w/the mirrors 😂. Wishing you'd check out some abandons in Motor City!!!
Wow, you do the best places of anyone. Awesome stuff. I don't know how you find the best places, but it's great.
Use toe warmers and hand warmers they last for hours. We use them when we ride HD motorcycle’s in the winter.
Love your shows
Merry Christmas 🎄
Hi Ethan 👋 Thank you for another great video ❤️ Happy Holiday 🎄You are awesome 😎

I love revisits to your Old spots . Thanks for sharing . ❤ stay safe love ya
The most remarkable thing about 1970s tract homes, is their total unremarkableness. Especially when they're trashed. Still a great video, stay warm!
Enjoy watching what you do from here in Tennessee
Thanks for another great video always so happy to see your videos keep up the good work Happy Holiday much love and respect to you
It's Hats Off To U And All the Others tht Bring Us All the Awesome Places tht U Explore so A Big Thank U

Yo Minnie✌ Merry Christmas Buddy !🎄
Stay warm out there Ethan it is a shame that people do stuff like that just leave it alone and yes it is a piss off.
Thanks Ethan for all you do always love your videos. I miss the cold. Live in Florida. That is weird why did they leave snowmobiles and stuff.
Hey Ethan have a Happy Christmas, keep exploring!
Love your explores kiddo! It's not safe these days to go alone! At least have pepper spray with you for wild critters!
I am glad that you still do this in the cold I lived in Regina and do not miss it now I am in BC What a shame
Thanks so much for braving this freezing weather and overly-trashed homes to film these! Love the way you take us through these once beautiful homes, describing everything - gotta wonder what's wrong with these characters who are out to trash everything.

So awesome. Thanks EM! ❤😎🇨🇦

Coyotes rarely attack humans. If it wasn't showing signs of aggression, you would have been safe. Shouldn't run though.
Hi Ethan. I appreciate your time and enjoy your videos. Have a Merry Christmas 🎄
AWE Ethan WE LOVE YOU ❤️💜 THANK YOU FOR FREEZING AND GETTING FREAKED OUT BY THE COYOTE FOR US!!! YOU ARE AWESOME!!!
Ethan boy you have a gentle spirit about you 😊🥰👍😇
I love your channel, you should be over a million!!!!
Love your channel looks very cold there. I love the Florida weather here so I will stay here 🌴💕
What a mess. I remember the first house because the oven was in the basement instead of the kitchen which is just weird. Anyway stay warm and thanks for sharing
Thank you stay warm peace ☮️
Thanks ,❤ ETHAN😘 It doesn't matter if We've been there ,We Still enjoy Everything you do For 🤗 Much love❤ & blessings🙏 From San Antonio ❤ Texas 🥰😘😘
I was hoping the coyote didn't run into that 2nd house. You would have pooped your Pampers. LOL 🤗
Stay safe and warn Ethan and thank you for another nice video exept for people's trashing of the last house, very disrespectful.
@Abandoned Urbex Canada did this house also 10 months ago when it was a bit more intact. I guess somebody needed a set of stairs for their new home . Some people will take anything . At least it is being re-used instead of heading for the dump.
It's so sad seeing houses in such a state 🥺
Bummer with the upstairs not accessible. But it was a good explore. 🤘😊
Love your channel! You should invest in a heated vest and gloves. I have both as I am a school bus driver in Ohio and it definitely makes it easier to do my job with keeping me warm. 😊
The guy that opens old outdated canned food might buy them old syrup bottles. He is the only one on RUclips who opens 20 to 50 year old canned food.
To me it looks like someone was looking for something BEHIND brick, walls, cut outs on the fireplace, etc. Who knows drugs, money, documents, who knows??
Glad you are dressed warm but only you would do that for us. I love revisiting these houses to see destruction that had been done
I the US that destruction and writing all over the walls and Windows would have all been broken
It's such a shame you couldn't go upstairs but love this video no matter what keep up the amazing work.
Coyotes are more afraid of you then you are of them. =P
I invested in a heated jacket! It comes with a USB battery for you to be able to charge it. Best $100 I ever spent!
I remember this house. Are you glad you went back? How do you feel about it
Hand warmers hon do well😉
Plot twist, it was the coyote who cut out the stairs.
I absolutely love the WHATS UP GUYS
I don’t remember much about this house, but I do remember those planes😀
The door on the 1st house is cool I’d take that. Maybe people are getting ready to demo these houses
Kool beans bro 😉👍🥰
Looks like you are in New Mexico? I lived in Albuquerque for 20 years
Why are you alone? This place is scary now. Coyote? What coyote? 2nd house is even worse.... I love you Ethan and most of your videos. You might want to get yourself checked in.....I mean out......Coyote? No coyote....
That’s really sad that they took the staircase down I really won’t too see the upstairs too wow I can’t believe that they took the staircase down
I didn't see the coyote, but am taking your word for it lol.
Ethan you need to buy one of the heated jackets and some heated gloves
Curious where I can get a front door like that. It's gorgeous 😍
What a disgusting mess especially in the kitchen. The sunroom looks like it was added later. That second house is a real mess dam vandals.
Looks like someone started renovating it as opposed to trashing it.
I’ve seen someone else check this place out too. The truck is missing from the 2nd house (the drug dealers house). You can see the ventilation that is put in the exterior walls in 2 of the bedrooms. Probably growing weed. 😂
When you said “there’s a Toliver”, I said, “are you sure it’s not a coyote?” Shame the houses have been ruined.
Reminds me of that old Tom Hanks movie the money pit.
Update, just drove by and the car is gone. Thursday December 15 around. 9-10 am
Great Video Ethan....you are soooo funny!
Tough.
Dang they took the stairs, the whole stairs. Dang it all to hell.
Why in the world would they cut the stairs out?!?
literally?!? LOL
I'd much prefer new explores. The houses just decay more which isn't interesting to me, but if you like it ofc go for it.
I remember this house. I remember the oven in the basement wall.
Be careful out there Ethan
15:25 I wondered what those paw prints were... then we found out. I still didn't see it though.
I love the cold watch out for wild animals and stay safe
I don't blame you for being mad, cause that was a nice stair way.....That was dumb of them to cut down those stairs to the 2nd floor
U do such an Awesome Job
Coyotes are harmless to people lol
LMFAO DUDE this is basically outside my window wttff that's wild
