God and Jesus are inside us, within our hearts. "You ask me how I know He lives, He lives within my heart." And, if you ask for and receive the Holy Spirit, the Holy Spirit resides within too. This profound teaching, which is very Biblical, is not emphasized. I grew up in the Southern Baptist Church and somehow never learned this! I always prayed to the God above which is good too, but Christians need to understand that Christ resides within human beings. Once I understood this by Jesus Himself revealing it to me, everything became much more clear. Praise God and His Son Jesus Christ who died at Calvary for my sins and the sins of the world, And resides within me and you and everyone.

My favorite stanza is that which attempts to describe the love of Jesus Christ speaking of Him willfully leaving His Fathers thrown above... so free, so infinite His Grace... He Emptied Himself of all but Love... bleeding for Adam's helpless race to save us from eternal death. Truly, …and can it be!!!
