Thanks for being honest with your trip reporting. Even though DFW is my home airport, I too, avoid AA at all cost for the reason you experienced and many others such as; no-explanation delays, over-booking, lost/damaged baggage and cancelled flights.

I'm always eagerly excited to board, eagerly excited to deplane, eager to explore the airport (if connecting) and then the process repeats. Any airline disruptions really messes with my Vibe., OCD, Mood - basically.

I had a delay with Azul for the same reason, they said that the aircraft was too hot 🤷🏼‍♂️ they fixed it very fast though...

this is why I never fly AA something wrong always happens with American Airlines when you fly I have even seen everything that goes wrong goes wrong on an AA flight story from someone
