This CSR 4.0 is really difficult to pair. You still need to download it via the internet to be able to pair with bluetooth speaker. No cd driver included in the package.

i have a win10 and on the website it said that os doesnt need a driver to be downloaded, just plug in. but if I plug it in...it doesnt detect my bluetooth headphones. on my phone i can see the pcs bluetooth, however. after I paired it, it automatically disconnected. and since then, i cant connect my headphones nor my phone. :(

Pls try to remove the usb bluetooth from the port where you plugged it and transfer to another port at the back of your system unit.
