Inspired in part by your adventures and time with Lewdix, I am undergoing my PPL in the UK. I can only aspire to such silky smooth landings as the one you made in this video at the moment. Practice makes perfect! It never ceases to amaze me the differences in standard radio phraseology between the USA and UK. I've had to deprogram some terms which I have picked up watching you. So it it my other plane is a jumbo or my other plane is a Cessna? Isabella must have gone solo since this was filmed. She did really well with parents like you two Isabella is destined for the airlines or least a damn good GA pilot with her own RUclips channel
If she has any interest there is tons of women's groups that will help you guys pay for flight training. I wish I would have had this opportunity as a kid but I was always told I'd never fly with glasses or be an airline pilot....all crap. I just passed 400 hours but have a plane that keeps having one problem after another, minor thankfully. If she shows interest get her up with an instructor and get those lessons rolling. It's a hot job market right now and she would be able to get in much sooner this way. Maybe you should in fact follow in the great Lewis steps and go for your instructor license this year. Think how many people you could share your knowledge with. My goal is to hit 700 hours by the end of the year and have my commercial finally done and even start CFI classes by then if not have it.
@@ZeroThreeDelta I look much younger than my age. 10 plus years younger. Still, she can take all the lessons she wants now but just can't sit for her checkride until her 16th birthday. If you let her fly with you all the time I think her actual lessons will be a breeze. I think with Lewis headed to the airlines maybe seeing you continue your training and become a CFI would be great to see. You seem very easy going and laid back which is perfect in an instruction environment.

It’s entirely up to her. She is only 11 so there’s time to get the ball rolling. She looks a lot older, I know 😁
