We do, too --- but we moved it out of the garden last year altogether. Not sure if we'll bring it back... it just spreads and gets too big. Plus, Lars has a lot of it in the garden at work... so he can enjoy it there ;)

Crocosmia has to go on my short list of absolute favorites (but don't ask me to make that list... I'll be up all night, unable to stop 🙂).

What if the bulbs dry out after you dig them up? Can you keep them dry and plant in the spring.?

You can store Crocosmia corms dry after digging them up and plant them in the spring. After you dig them up, let them dry for a few days in a cool, dry place, then store them in a breathable container like a paper bag with some sawdust (or something like that) to prevent moisture buildup. Keep them in a cool, frost-free location over winter, and then plant them in the spring once the soil has warmed up. :)

I love these too but mine don't seem to be flowering much anymore. I wonder if it is because it is placed in part shade or because I haven't divided it in 7 years and the clump is massive and overgrown 😬😅

It could very well be that it needs dividing. They get congested really easily and should be lifted and divided every 2-3 years. Shade can affect it, too... but I'd divide it first and see how that works next year. We have ours in part shade here in the garden and flowering hasn't been an issue.
