With ‘mpls nhrp’ (instead of ‘mpls ip’) NHRP is used for MPLS label distribution so you get spoke-spoke support plus you don’t need to run LDP. Also if you use the tunnel interface address as the MP-BGP neighbor address you don’t need to run an IGP over DMVPN.
You are most likely hitting CSCut61985 .... change the address mask and it should come up....if not I'll hit up offline and we can look to get it resolved for you....great post you created and therefore want to keep everyone up to date with the most relevant information possible.
