I found out about the VLDL guys just two days ago. I’ve been binge watching everything from the beginning, these guys are magnetic. Great personalities. Hope you guys are well and still training!
Just a tip with muscle injuries guys!! (Adam in particular). When your muscles are SORE and not just that good feeling of them being used that's muscle DAMAGE. Do NOT "roll out" or stretch your muscles at that point. Just rest and stay away from using the muscle. You will give your body a chance to recover more quickly. If it's still sore go see a PHYSIOTHERAPIST!!NOT a PT. Personal trainers have no idea how to deal with injury!. All they care about is increasing the weights...I've also had big problems trouble in terms of lower back pain After the pain has gone, try working on your hamstring strength to help take the strain off your lower back. (Helped me heaps.)

Omg. For some reason watching this made me start up my home workout again finally. I've been working up to it for months now. So today I started. And I am literally having trouble right now just holding my arms up to the keyboard to type.... xD xD

"When you screw your knee, you screw your whole body, you can't do anything"... so true Alan, i had 2 knee surgeries and they said its never getting better and i have to live with it. I worked out alot and doing no cardio at all i don't have enough breath to do the heavy weights anymore. I almost faint :'(
Omg I love this:) Old injuries suck ass. My hamstring flared up when I started working out again and it took like 3 weeks of icing and doing NOTHING to heal but I can do yoga again now 🤣🤣💜

Aw Adam, I feel for you with the lower back / glutes pain and discomfort. I have the same problem. You need to work on your core (stomach) muscles more.

I've been doing jiu jitsu for four months now, and I can absolutely attest to the pain setting in. I'm 39, and my joints just wither under the punishment. I can say though that I'm seeing improvement. My stamina is through the roof, and my agility has improved tremendously. So I keep fighting through the pain to make the gains I know are within my grasp. Let's all just be careful to avoid injury until then. Highfive guys. You're doing great.

Pilates is really good for balance and for lower body workouts (like glutes and hamstrings) its also low impact

Rowan im 40 and i have knee problems, i find knee sleeves really help.

They're buffing up too much and don't do enough endurance training, for them to be "not feeling it".
Or maybe that is part of the endurance training? Have to push on to raise their endurance... XD

Had the same experience when I started running. First my shins started hurtig and burning. After that my knees gave up. Now my hips are hurting. It´s gonna be fun to see whats next.

Was it actinic keratosis rowan? Im thinking i might have one myself on my nose after i got burned a while back. Why didnt you just use photodynamic therapy btw? Efudex seems unecessarily annoying and painful

Can't comment for the other boys issues, but Adam I would suggest seeing an exercise. Physiologist and asking about pelvic tilt, usually leads to back pain and is an issue with weak glutes not tight glutes.
Boys looking buff though. Pubg logic will be shredded lads running around.
Johnny come lately here: you should be getting 1gr of protein per lb or body weight. Yiu also need to be SPOT ON with your diet - no alcohol - let me repeat that - NO ALCOHOL! Eat as many deep leafy greens as possible everyday and be sure to have an amazing multi-vitamin. Liquid is best.

You guys definetely looking better, you can see definition and size in your upper body.
With regards to your injuries, no disrespect to your personal trainers because I'm sure they have some background in physical therapy, but seems to be giving you guys very standard recovery exersices and stretches for your injuries, I would highly suggest finding a dedicated physiotherapy center to get to the root of your issues and get a tailor program for each individual case. There is no reason why you should be in so much pain from lifting even if you guys were couch potatos for a long time.
We've all got physios too - getting the best of help :)
