Bro, I so hear ya about the different styles, we both have been doing this for a long time with bands that play punk and reggae, i feel like you could have gotten away with hybrid styles more 20 years ago for some odd reason. I told a lot of the bands i was in that we need to stick to one style. Bands like Sublime are so rare that mix it in an original way.. . but they we're almost reggae, hip hop and punk all in one song. . . lol. Hope to hang again one day bro!
