Who is eligible to join the redevelopment committee....I mean what are the qualifications required to be a redevelopment committee member ?is it necessary that the person should be a member ?Can a member's daughter join the redevelopment committee if she is not the member or not an associate member? Can she join if she doesn't have a letter of authority to attend AGM's ?
